I had an appointment this morning, I went into the office, no one let me know that I first had to consult with a medical student before seeing the doctor, I refused to talk to the student because I did not feel comfortable, I suffer from anxiety, after the medical student walked out the examining room( he identified himself as a medical student) I waited 20 more minutes to see the real doctor, doctor Horvath arrived and refused to provide me with medical attention for the simple fact of not accepting that his student examine me first. Front staff is horrible to deal with and grossly negligent. Trying to charge my husband $20 for missing an appointment despite SHE gave him the wrong address. He was told to go to the clinic on Beach 19th. Own up to your faults because that one is on you.

Excellent Dr he explain step-by-step about your issue..I being going to him over two decades ..

Very experience and excellent doctor with a wonderful team. Everything about my experience with him is life changing. So kind hearted and simple in approach.

Dr. Horvath did both of my knee surgeries and my shoulder surgery he is a great doctor and compassionate

This is a doctor who will actually listen to you and let you finish your sentence. From my initial visit, it is clear he cares about his patients and provides them with the right approach to healing. Very positive experience

I absolutely love Dr. Horvath. Excellent bedside manner. A real gentleman. He has such a caring way that just makes you love him as a Dr. He is very compassionate and is concerned all the time. He doesn't change. His staff is just awesome as well!

Very thorough and clean with a great bedside manner.

Just got off the phone with the receptionist was told that I will be charged $15 for a missed appointment... most doctors send/ call the day before to remind you of the appointment.. guess I won't be going here! Shame on you

There is a staff member that is the bad seed. I Love Dr.Horvath as a Doctor and a stand-up guy. But the one staff member and for 16 years,..... I thought it was me.. but,after reading these reviews,(mmm). Funny thing, I said to "her" who is the IDIOT that works here?!! Her reply was " I DUN-NO"(CLASSIC!) IT IS ONLY 3 MEMBERS IN QUESTION.#1.THE BLOND is A GOOD WORKER #2. "T", she don't deal with the public. #3 is whom everyone is talking about,I'M SIGHiNG UP FOR ANGIES LIST SO I CAN GO IN!!!!

Dr. Horvath was a very good doctor. His office staff are a nightmare. They are very rude and not helpful when you call. They send documents with wrong information. They are somewhat threatening. I am thinking of never going to Dr. Horvath again because of his staff. I go to several doctors and have never experienced such rude and arrogant workers

An excellent orthopedist.

Excellent DR. He cares about immigrant patients, treats them with the same level of attention as anyone else. He doesn't talk down to anyone. His staff is excellent. They speak Spanish....and when you need forms to be filled-out they do that and more just to be helpful.

We had an ok visit to the office, my issue is that when I called them back a few days later to let them know that the medication wasn't working I was blown off to say the least and what's worse is that our conversation went on like this : when would the doctor be in ? she said I don't know! I asked again She replied I said I don't know! How do you not know when he comes in? Look I don't know we will call you I then told her she was being unprofessional and her only reply was ok thanks!

The guy doesn't have an X-ray in his office! Took my 11 year old with a displaced pinky fracture.( as it turned out the next day.) waited forever for a splint change. He couldn't open our disk so we left. Secretary calls 15 min later saying that the doc saw the X-ray and leave the cast as it is. We went for a second opinion to dr Marcus and he took an X-ray that showed a displaced fracture. He had to manipulate the bone in place so it would heal well! Horvath misdiagnosed, dry personality.

My Mom was admitted to the hospital with a hip fracture and Dr. Horvath performed her surgery which was a success. He and his staff where professional, compassionate and very attentive to my Mom's needs. She is now 4 weeks post-op, she is up and walking with the aid of a walker but doing very well, Mom is 84 years young :)
