Absolutely amazing and funny. He’s very comfortable to talk with.

The lady at the front got extremely mad at me because I had a broken ankle and was dizzy and felt like I needed to sit when she was trying to check me in. She got very upset that I turned around to sit down before I knew I was done checking out and then threatened to kick me out and not see a doctor when I told her I was experiencing the issues I am. I do not have insurance; was told self-pay was $65. At appointment, was told the cost could be more. When asked how much more, they said a nasal scope would be around $100 or so. Received bill from OhioHealth & office visit was $744 (minus $65 I paid at office & $260.40 adjustment)! OhioHealth only allows 3 payments & credit card info must be given. I started receiving messages (from OhioHealth?) that I needed to pay or legal action would be taken. Did not feel I received good service from Dr. Collazo either. Told/showed him where I get major sinus headaches on left side. He did a nasal scope & did not see any issues. I tried to tell him more about my symptoms, but he did not appears to be listening, but he did ask me a few COVID-19 questions. He recommended an X-Ray, to check for a sinus infection (told him I was not running a fever; he said that does not matter); & if no infection, he said I should see a neurologist for the headaches. The Staff were fantastic and Dr. Callazo is the best!!!

Dr Collazo was amazing with my 5 yr old grand daughter. She had her tonsils and adenoids removed. Very informative and easy to contact if I had any problems. Although I don’t think he gives kids pain medication strong enough to help with recovery. That part was awful and he wouldn’t do anything to ease it

Nice doctor but can never get in for a appointment unless you are willing to wait for over a month. I went someplace else.

Took my daughter to Dr. Collazo today to remove a bead from her ear. He made it so easy for her and walked her through it. So thankful he was able to get her in with such short notice and removed it with a little suction! Awesome experience!

I've seen Dr. Collazo a few times. He is a very nice doctor. Informative, helpful, patient. Receptionist is also nice and helpful. I would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Collazo is thorough, willing to listen, and is cheerful.

I’ve been going here for around a year and a half to 2 years, and the nurses are always very friendly and Dr. Collazo is very nice, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. After going to urgent care to get my ears flushed, I started getting excessive dry skin in my ear and frequent ear infections. I spent between 3 to 4 years trying to fix the problem but was getting nowhere before I finally ended up getting referred to him. Collazo helped me greatly and While I still get an ear infection once in a while, they get treated very quickly, and I am working towards not getting them at all. I would highly recommend seeing him! Excellent dr. He called my husband himself after my surgery to let him know i made it out of surgery safely.

Dr. Collazo has been great with my pre-teen son. He's very engaging with him and explains things very well. He treats my son like his own person and talks to him about his treatments while knowing that I'm listening as well. It's refreshing to see a doctor treat a child with as much respect as a parent. Highly recommend Dr. Collazo!!
