I'm helping to care for my Aunt with complicated health issues. This practice has responded and helped in every way possible with her multiple conditions. The Dr has called me to review and establish a care plan. Most helpful.

I went to see him because I need to reboot my care, life has been crazy and I needed a fresh start. He barely spoke with me before wanting to put me on insulin. I told him I was not comfortable with that and to give me a chance to get my act together. He told me "I don't believe you can change." The last thing that a patient needs to hear from a doctor is something like this. Will not go back! Two visits, each with same experience, so it wasn't just a bad day. Doctor doesn't allow exchange in conversation. Don't try it, you'll be met with curt statements. This is doctoring from 1940! Office staff is rude. They all forget they work for the patient, not the other way around.

Dr. is always courteous and cheerful. It has taken some time to develop a good dr/patient relationship. He is very knowledgeable, though not a gregarious man. The follow up is good and the staff excellent!

The nurses are great. The Doc proved to be a smoke and mirrors show. Most visits could've just been a phone call. Also, he placed me in a medication & gave me no warning as to side effects other than what I read in the pamphlet that came from the pharmacy... Even though I asked. I wound up in the emergency room and wound up finding out that my pain was a direct and severe side effect that I should've been warned to address immediately if I experienced it (however subtly). I'm hopeful I will be ok. But I am really fed up with practices such as these. They are small enough to give the extra touch and yet they don't even bother with the basics. So off to Hershey Med I go. At least the bigger practices will do more than schedule me just to be able to bill me... Very disappointing. Not sure about diabetes but if you have osteoporosis run from this doctor. This doctor has the personality of a block wall and does not have a clue on how to interact with a patient. Also this doctor is scared of insurance companies and this has an effect on treatment. So glad I did not do what this doctor wanted and went elsewhere. Go here at your own risk.

Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being. I would like to take the time out to thank you Dr. Srivastava and your staff. From the moment that I checked in and checked out your staff was very kind and pleasant. I really value the fact that you were a good listener and took the time out to explain what I should expect after my surgery. Thanks again for showing so much care and concern.

Dr. Srivastava is a great doctor. He is thorough, friendly, and very honest. I would recommend him. He is known to be one of the best endos in the area according to other doctors.

Would have liked an expanded perspective about treatment and diagnosis. Did not introduce himself to my wife and include her in the conversation. Do not feel welcome and appreciated as a patient.

He's an outstanding physician. He's up to date on the latest treatments, takes time to answers questions and is very friendly. The office is well-kept and I've never had to sit in the waiting room for more than a couple of minutes.

I have a few medical issues not common to most people my age, Dr. Srivastava was very thorough with testing to help me get better. I am very happy with his service and will continue seeing him for follow up visits and further testing.
