Dr. Arnold Riback

Never even got in the place. Wait was extremely long then the day before my appointment they called to cancel with office damage which I understand. When I asked how long about she said they had no idea and I could call back some time to see if they where ready. No offer to reschedule or even sorry for the inconvenience and short notice. Save your money and patience and go elsewhere.

Dr. Riback is always kind, and very professional.

Riback only sees dollar signs when he examines your eyes. His only concern is how much money he can make off of you. His personality is lousy and he is a fountain of misinformation when it comes to your insurance coverage. His receptionist is rude and unfriendly and has no personality whatsoever. She is extremely offensive and turns you off totally. Go somewhere where the optometrist and his staff genuinely care about their patients and are professional, friendly, and tell you the truth, especially about your insurance coverage.

He is a really nice person and takes his time to explain things. He always makes sure your eyewear is the best for you.
