Called about getting a Emergency appt for vision issues. Was told to come in right away for a noon appt. Never been here before. NO FREE PARKING - Only metered parking and who has cash these days. Looked for a ATM. None around! Borrowed a coin from the receptionist and told them to warn new patients about the parking in this small town that I have never been to before. Waited for an HOUR for my noon appt.I had work and Had to go. I asked why I was told to come in at noon and now its hour past. The response was that the doctor had a conference call scheduled. Well if they knew that then they should have told me to come in at another time. Will not be going back. I am sure this eye doctor is good but man retrain your receptionists.
