An all around, amazing doctor!

The receptionist must REALLY hate her job or has alot of bad days. Im sure shes grandfathered in so getting another receptionist is out of the question. I was told last time i called they only schedule before 12 because they close at 12. Today i called and stated i have class at 1230 and was told last time they dont schedule after 12. She proceeded to get hateful and tell me, “we go to lunch at 12 so we can eat. I have to eat something so i dont pass out working the rest of the day”. She said it SUPER hateful. He is a great Dr.

He is a very good Dr good manners, respect, kindness, I have been seeing him for a long time he has been doing my colonoscopies, I also see him about my stomach issues and whenever my throat needs to be stretched out again. I highly recommend Dr Arvinder Sachdev to anybody who needs a colonoscopy or stomach issues.

Have waited for my dads appointment now for a week called Friday said they would get back today is Tuesday and still no answer. They told my dad he either had a tumor so cancer on his liver and we are still waiting . They do not schedule very good (this worrying has got me upset)

Everything was going great until I was told that I had to contact some place where they ship the medication to u. When I didn't understand and I asked the receptionist to please explain it to me again she snapped "um, no...I told u 2 times and if u had listened to me then u would know what to do, wouldn't u?" Helpful staff and actually listens to patients. Very thankful for him and his staff.

Dr. Sachdev and his staff are so very kind, understanding, compassionate, and helpful. If you are squeamish about needles like I am, Amy is very gentle and does not hurt you at all. She is very good at her job. I cannot compliment this office enough, they are all wonderful people. I highly recommend this office!

Lazy scheduling! Why schedule someone for a procedure that requires you don't eat for a day beforehand, but then schedule everyone who needs the procedure at the same time so we have to wait for hours more at the hospital, starving?! This guy needs to retire. The first time i was this man's patient i went to him to treat my uc. Our doc/patient relationship was about 3 months long. He could not remember my medical history every with my file open on his computer. Everytime i seen him i had to explan why i was there. The appointment that broke the camel's back was, he called in a script of meds and tells me this is something new should work great. Never telling me the name of the meds. I go to the pharmacy and all they have from him is prednisone. I take it for the time he prescribed and came back in 2 weeks. I explain why i am there for the 5 time or so. He ask hows the meds working i tell him there not. He calls me a lair and if there not working then i am not taking them right. Then i tell him the i have taken prednisone before. He reply no i prescribed you asacall, so we end in a heat agreement that he never prescribed me those meds. He calls his nurse in and asked her and she sides with me. On top of that i had already told him 3 times that asacall didnt work the first time i tried it. So he then starts acting like oh well WE , him and myself, was as fault and wanted me to do another round of prednisone again and the asacall with it this time. The whole time me telling him it didnt work and him calling me a lair. I left his office and went to another gi. Then a few years later i lost my job and had to find a gi. So out of desperation i returned to him after 3 bowel surgeries. So first appointment with like 3 weeks between making the appointment and actually see the man i show up sit in the waiting room for 2 hrs. I finally get called back and the nurse does her things and the he calls me to his offices and starts asking all these questions. I ask do you not have my medical records. He replies no and then ask if i will come back in a week and if i can go get all my medical records. I told him that it should be easier for him to. So he agrees he will get my records and i will come back in a week. Show up for the next appointment 2 more hrs in the waiting room before the nurse takes me back. As the nurse is asking her questions, i ask if they have my records, she says she will look. She leaves and doesnt return. The man call me into his office and starts asking the same questions from last week. I ask do you have any of my records and he reponse that i was supposed to have gotten them. So we get in another heated argument, he call his nurse in to ask her and she trys to tell me that its my primary doc fault they dont have the records. So he ask if i can come back in a week then walks off. The nurse and i are making the appointment and she say she will call when she has the records and make the appointment then i say ok that works. That was 1 and a half years ago and still havent heard from them. I was told he is banned from Morristown hamblem hospitals from doing any procedures. So my advice save your time and money. probably the most caring and friendly doctor I have met! his staff is exceptional and have always went above and beyond to help me and my family!! we love dr. sachdev

I absolutely love this doctor! I would recommend him to everyone. Very passionate and caring! Loves his job and helping his patients and you can definitely tell that just by talking to him! He sure did help me! Oh and my whole family goes to him too! He's absolutely the best!

This doctor saved my life! If it wasn't for him and his amazing staff I wouldn't be here today! When the hospital gave me only 3 months to live from cirrhosis,him and his staff took me under their wing and sent me to a different hospital until they could get someone to get me a liver transplant! I finally got one after 2 two days of them sending me to the right place and I couldn't thank them enough! I would highly recommend him and his lovely staff!
