I had done my research and really wanted to see Dr Anderson. I called in January and was told that because I was seen ONCE (for 15 minutes) by another doctor that they would have to approve the transfer. The office said that o would get a call back in 2 weeks to let me know. I’ve been waiting and waiting and never received the call. I kept trying to call back starting in mid February and unfortunately the office was closed the two times I tried. I just tried again today and they said that “oh yeah, we tried to call you but the line didn’t go through”. I don’t understand, wouldn’t you try to call someone back again? Isn’t there an understanding that sometimes cell phone towers act wonky? Try again and leave a voicemail! All that for them to say Dr Anderson is declining the transfer because my other doctor is more familiar with my medical record. Seriously? I saw her ONE time!!! I was really excited to have found Dr Anderson on my search as I’ve been suffering from very strange headaches, sometimes migraines, and one that lasted over 2 weeks, just in the past 3 months. There’s been strange things happening and was hoping to have her expertise. But I’ll be going back to my search to find someone else. I think it’s interesting that she can make an assessment about whether she can treat me or not based off of ONE session I had with another neurologist years ago and without even talking to me to find out exactly what is going on.

Dr. Anderson is an outstanding physician, as is her staff. She is warm, friendly, a great listener, and you can tell she sincerely cares about getting you better as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful to have her as a doctor, it's comforting knowing I'm in such good hands!

First appointment with Dr Anderson was canceled, then rescheduled until today. Two months I have been enduring these nerve concerns. I get there on today and she lacked enthusiasm, concern or compassion for my issues. Walked into my room 30 minutes late, and then glued her eyes to the screen. Asking questions follow by a bland "ummm-hmmm" every so often. I asked her to review my MRI which may help assess my concerns, she blew me off. I left today without a general assessment conclusion. Just a referral to see yet another specialist with another $60 copay. Methodist is money hungry wrapped in a glamour facade to lure people in! Do not waste your time! Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. I love how she does a great job of listening to all of my concerns and takes them very seriously with a sincere intent of finding an agreeable resolution. She doesn't just tell you what needs to be done, she discussed it with you, gives you options and is honest about the recommended treatment. Her efforts of taking care of patients is obviously heartfelt. It's amazing how she carefully explains treatment plans and makes sure that you understand what's going on. She makes me feel comfortable and secure under her care. Dr. Anderson is a true doctor with an A1 EXCELLENT bedside manner. Regarding her staff, excellent as well. Her staff is very polite and a joy to speak to. Making appointments or asking questions are sincerely addressed by her staff. Dr. Anderson and her team truly cares and it shows. I see Dr. Anderson because of a serious illness. The illness is difficult enough to deal with as it is but somehow she's able to help me be optimistic about my future. My optimism about my future is largely due to her knowledge and most importantly her sincere care practices. Doctors like Dr. Anderson need to be recognized for their hard work and her sincere caring attitude with patients. With Dr. Anderson and her team, your not just a number or case file. They see you as a person and they treat you as such. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson. She's an excellent neurologist! She's not only a good doctor, she's a good person!
