Dr. Ashley M Chin

Dr. Chin is nice, but way too busy. She misses details and runs a lot of tests that common insurance won't pay for. Her office staff is disorganized, unprofessional and rude. After they lost my paperwork for a $600 lab bill twice, avoided taking my calls and prevented me from talking to the doctor, I decided to find a new healthcare provider.

Dr. Chin is so great! She listens and gets to the cause of the problem. She is responsive in a timely manner.

Love her and her choice of office staff. Been seeing her since 2004!!

Both Dr. Chin and Dr. Quinones are very good listeners. I never feel rushed and their position is always to work with you whatever concerns you have with diagnosis/treatments.

Dr Chin is pleasant, charming, gracious, studious, perceptive, dedicated, resourceful, gentle, kind and brilliant. The office staff are accountable, Efficient, polite and friendly. The environment is pleasant. The parking is adequate. The location is convenient. The cost is acceptable. I do not want to change physicians!

Concise, gives the time needed for the patient to explain condition. Thorough and very caring. I love Pinewood Medical!

Dr. Chin & her staff are very caring. They usually are very prompt returning messages. This time it took a week to have my message returned. Not sure what happened.

Dr chin is so thorough! I had a tear health visit for a pretty dire situation . She was as good as face to face . I trust her judgments on every case I bring in & I bring with me some big health scenarios . I really appreciate her care & concern .

I highly recommend her if Dr Chin isn’t available. They do have a constant turn around with their front desk staff. I never see the same person more than several times. But I am very grateful for their services and location.

I drive 2 hours to see Dr. Chin. She has helped me with my care with meds and going through cancer twice. She is sensitive to my needs and shows how she truly cares.

I have been going to Dr. Chin's office for years. She and and all the practitioners under her really listen and solve problems. I have recommended her office to many friends.

I have been Dr. Chin's patient for 15 years. No matter how busy her day is, she has always taken the time to answer all my questions. As a cardiac patient, she has successfully kept my medications to a minimum while supplementing with natural products (e.g., fish oil, vitamins, etc.). The results are, I have had a healthy heart and healthy cholesterol for 15 years.

Dr. Chin has been my doctor for 3 years and I am very happy that she is. I am a 71 year old female and have never been more satisfied with a physician.

I have been going to the clinic for several years but have only seen Dr. Chin a few times. I usually see Tammy (PA) or Jennifer (PA) & both are great. Sometimes I have had problems when leaving a message that never got returned. Lately it has not happened. MA (medical assistants) & front desk changes a lot for some reason.

Each time I come in, she spends time listening and then answering questions. She allows me to be my own best advocate, and then will recommend Best, most current plan of action and treatment. She is current on the latest Meds, treatments, specialists, and what alternative options are available for me. No matter my issue - she will cover all the above- each visit. Dr Chin has a kind, gentle manner in her care. She demonstrates that I really matter to her, and have inherent value to be in good health.

I always feel like I’m getting top notch care with Dr. Chin. She listens to my concerns and even will tell me if she has concerns as well in which I appreciate her medical options. I am 37 years old and after going through a couple doctors in my lifetime I have found my forever doctor! Yes she’s that good!

Dr. Chin has been my doctor for over 20 years and I trust her knowledge, professionalism and the personal care she has demonstrated throughout these years. My only complaint is that she has gotten so popular and sought after that it’s hard to get an appointment at times.

Dr Chin is an amazing doctor, in person or on a telemed visit. I have always left her office knowing exactly what was going on, knowing the treatment course, and what the followup will be. She came highly recommended to me and I completely understand why! She is never aloof, is always personable and, even when the office is busy, is always friendly. She never makes me feel rushed. She makes me feel like I’m her favorite patient and that she has looked forward to seeing me.

Love Dr. Chin! She helps me keep my medical conditions controlled and when considering medications she looks at what is best, but also what is affordable for me to maintain as well. Which is greatly appreciated! I trust her wholeheartedly.

I have been seeing Dr.Ashley Chin for 12 years. She is a very good doctor. She always is kind and understanding. She takes her time with me. Also when I've had no insurance she always try to help me. I am very thankful to have found her years ago. She treats my thyroid female hormones and anxiety with care always.

Annual physical. I had very little wait time. The assistants as well as Dr. Chin were excellent. Dr. Chin asks questions and listens well, provides advice and direction you need to take to improve your health. Very conscientious.

I have been going to Dr Chin for 6 years. My husband and I have received excellent care here. Dr Chin, PA Tami, PA Jennifer, the office staff are very good. Viva the Phlebotomist is excellent. They are very compassionate and professional and personable. I feel like they are all very knowledgeable and I can trust their medical opinions. I am never rushed and they all allow you a chance to tell them your concerns and ask any questions you may have. I do recommend this Dr and her staff.

Above and beyond! I had let my prescriptions run out and required a dr’s visit. I did not have an appointment for another week. Dr Chin and her staff called me back, set me up an appointment at the end of that day. They waited after hours for me to see Dr Chin and were just as friendly and patient as always. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Dr. Chin is an absolute professional. She is competent and knowledgeable, and treats her patients with respect and understanding. She will patiently explain her diagnosis and advise on the treatments and options that are available. Her interests in the well-being of her patients makes me feel completely confident in the quality of medical care that I receive from her. On a more personal level, Dr. Chin is always cheerful and smiling, and exudes compassion and concern on every consultation. I had a question on one occasion and had to leave a voicemail. She returned my call personally on the next day. I have not met any physician who takes the time and effort to personally return phone calls. In most, cases, it is the nurse who does that. I only wish more physicians had the professionalism and caring that is Dr. Chin.

I had a cough and was leaving town for tw weeks and woke up feeling bad.Dr chin saw me that morning. She also takes her time with explaining the diagnosis and solution.

I never have to wait too long, the staff is friendly, and Dr Chin always takes her time to listen to me and explain things to where I understand them

Dr. Chin listens to your issues and is not in a rush. She is very thorough, and pays attention to details!! She cares! Wonderful !
