GRANTED, I DO believe in the Power of Prayer because I had a whole BUNCH of people praying for me. But this truly AMAZING surgeon is who I owe my LIFE to! I went under his knife to perform The Whipple Procedure nearly 5 years ago. He told me, "even though you had a successful surgery you have a 5% chance of living the next 5 years". Because he is very professional and he's got very good this side manners I was impressed with him the first time I met him

He is very good he listens to his patience and he's got very good beside manners I am really surprised with him I'm very happy with him I lost all trust and doctors but he made me gain my trust back in him

He is a miracle worker. When no one in Elkhart could figure out what was wrong with me he looked where no one else would touch, my pancreas. After having the Whipple procedure in 2014 it still didn't relieve the pain it just made it worse (pancreas is the only self retaliatory organ) and in May of 2016 he removed the rest of my necrotic, rubbery, nasty pancreas. Gladly trading the pain for brittle diabetes. This man is amazing...... he understood the pain and did everything he could to help me. I am now being switched to the transplant department but still see him for my feeding tube because I cannot gain weight. He's wonderful to me, perfect bedside manor. You will never find another doctor who cares about his patients more than Dr Nakeeb!!! He is a miracle worker. did whipple procedure on me in nov 2018. very difficult surgery due to prior laparotomy that Dr nakeeb successfully acomplished after many hours of surgery due to adhesions and carefull disection. Saved my life!!!

Did a great job fixing a intestinal leak I developed after a prior resection. Very smart and professional surgeon!

Dr Nakeeb saved my life!!! I had surgery at another hospital and was transferred to Dr Nakeeb I was septic from the previous surgery, He went in and fixed all the problems...I Thank God for Dr Nakeeb

This man took care of me at IU Hospital for a straight 2 years! He is a miracle worker, who saved my life multiple times during that 2 years. Thank you Dr. Nakeeb, I trust you with my life, always!!!

What can i say but this man saved my life. Amazing human being with great bedside manner. He performed a 2 day surgery on me. I know for a fact that if it had not been for him and his team I wouldn’t be here. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Nakeeb.

Dr Nakeeb is an Awesome person and an Awesome Surgeon. He saved my life back in 2006 when another hospital couldn’t. He performed a Whipple procedure on me to remove a tumor that was attached to the head of my pancreas and done an outstanding job. It is now 2019 and I am doing Great. My surgery was in June 2018. I was told by staff my insurance was notified and I was set up for the procedure. I'm now finding out that Dr Nakeeb & the hospital are out of network. I'm very confused, I believed in good faith, having been told this was checked on before I was given a surgery date. HELP!!!

Dr. Nakeeb performed surgery on my daughter after she had 2 unsuccessful surgeries done by another surgeon. My daughter was scared and Dr. Nakeeb went above and beyond to comfort, re-assure and give her confidence. The surgery was very complicated and was successful. After surgery he was very re-assuring, kind and sensitive to not only her feelings but mine as well. I am so thankful for Dr. Nakeeb as he took on a difficult situation and was able to restore my daughter to good health!

Dr Nakeeb took extraordinary care of my brother while he was in the ICU. He is a very nice guy with a great beside manner.

I had a partial pancreatic organ removal. Dr. Nakeeb and his entire staff overwhelmed me with care! Beginning with information, then pre-op, the surgery and after care follow up, I couldn't have asked for more. Beside the normal hopeful outcome, I had another specific personal goal outcome to allow me to continue with a hobby. The info was shared with the staff and several shared their knowledge and encouragement, which showed me their attention to detail.

Dr. Nakeeb is the only Dr who in 7 years of pain could figure out what needed to be done to make me feel better! He listens and understands what your saying and feeling. He goes above and beyond. His office staff is Amazing as well always have a smile on their faces and just make you feel not so crummy. I would absolutely send anyone to see Dr. Nakeeb in a split second.

He was my surgeon and performed the Whipple surgery. He is awesome!! He is a very mature and experienced physician and knows what he is doing. He took the time with me to answer questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident. I would recommend him to anyone needing this surgery.
