Not sure about the doc as I tried to book an appt. I think being put on hold to get a new patient appt for 22 mins is a bit excessive.

Dr. Whitlock-Morales is an outstanding provider. I was able to schedule an appointment and become established as a patient within weeks rather than months. She was very attentive and thorough throughout the appointment. She listened to, and addressed, every concern I expressed. I highly recommend her as a provider. I love Dr.Morales, she’s very attentive to my little girl, always asking questions and making sure my daughter is okay!

I am extremely pleased with our experience with Dr. Whitlock-Morales. She was so friendly and interactive with my daughter. She allowed my daughter to talk her ear off. I would usually feel rushed, but she conversed with my daughter and told her stories too. The nurse(Allen?) was very sweet as well. We just moved from out of state; I'm so happy we found someone so great to trust with my daughters well being. I am extremely pleased with our experience with Dr. Whitlock-Morales. I've got nothing negative to say about this doctor and if you read the rest of my reviews that's saying something. She's very attentive and I have never once felt like an appointment was rushed. I've never had problems with referrals, incorrect prescriptions, or even long waits. Appointments are kept very close to the time scheduled, at least by my own experience.
