I mentioned a domestic violence issue with excessive amount of proof and she labeled it as an “unfortunate event “ . An “unfortunate event” would have been me loosing my unborn child during that altercation I mentioned to her. When asked about my children seeing their father I made her aware that I did not have the fathers address during those times so felt it would be safe to have a written agreement with the father, when asked if we came to an agreement to do so,I stated “no the father did not and would not comply to do so” she stated “wow, so you kept them from their father for that long” . This is supposed to be a MIDDLE man mediator, not someone to expresses which side she’s leaning towards let alone someone that should be making comments like that. When asked about the domestic violence I was told to be quick cause she “has another case” after mine but let the father go into full detail about it??
