Is Dr Toma accepting new patients, he was my Doctor before and want to pick-up Kaiser for the new 2022 year.

I posted a review in March 2016 and my concern at that time was quickly resolved. Overall and to be fair, Dr. Toma and his nurse, Jeanine are very professional. Dr. Toma and his nurse addresses my concerns in a timely manner. I have gone through other doctors who make you feel like they want you in and out quickly and seem uncaring. Dr. Toma generally cares and listens to his patients concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Toma.

Put in a refill of important prescriptions a week ago so Dr. Toma can approve. E-mailed him yesterday to see when he will refill it. Rec'd an e-mail back from nurse stating I will have to call in the refills on the 19th. I informed her that is what I did a week ago. Have not heard from her. I have severe anxiety and need my medicine. Called to have my doctor call me as my anxiety level very high today. Have not heard from him. Do not know what I did to deserve this.
