Dr. Barbara Anne Bellaire

I’ve known Dr. Bellaire for about 5 years. I saw her for both of my pregnancies and when it came time that I needed a hysterectomy, she was my doctor. She always took the time to answer my questions, was nice and when it came time for my surgery and my anxiety spiked…. She held my hand and comforted me. I’ve known Dr. Bellaire for about 5 years. I saw her for both of my pregnancies and when it came time that I needed a hysterectomy, she was my doctor. She always took the time to answer my questions, was nice and when it came time for my surgery and my anxiety spiked…. She held my hand and comforted me. I recommend her 100% and I am thankful that she was able to give me my quality of life back.

She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr. Bellaire for over 8 years now. She is a great doctor who really cares about how you are doing. She has seen me through the birth of 2 children and multiple health issues. She has called me directly to discuss options and treatment a number of times, and took all the time needed to walk me through options. Now that I am past most of that, she still remains very personable and friendly, always remembering my history and asking about my family's well being. I waited 3 months to see Dr. Bellaire and had a rather important concern however decided to wait anyway because I had seen her once years prior and thought she seemed caring. Arrived at my app to find out someone in their system cancelled it! At first the lady at check in said she could still see me then returns and says she can't. There was no apology and I was told I would have to wait 2 mths for another app!! I felt like she could have cared less and basically dismissed me.

Nightmare experience w/ Bellaire - would never recommend going to her. We called 911 as I was pregnant and was gushing blood. She was my discharge Dr so when I asked her questions and didn't understand her answers she told me she would not explain it to me again and then walked out on me while i was scared and bawling. When my husband got to the hospital she would not talk with him or answer his questions. To make matters worse, my biggest fear ended up happening and I almost died.

Excellent physician, but it's very hard to get a timely appointment with her. Be prepared to schedule 3+ months out for an appointment.
