Dr. Person is great at what she is doing; she always greets me with a friendly smile and listens carefully to my concerns. She always has great ideas what to do and explains everything in detail. I will continue using her expertise and trust her with my face 100%. Dr. Person’s stuff are very friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommend, Dr. P and Jennie are fantastic! I had some unpleasantness removed from my face, neck, arms, back and hip. They did such a great job and are so kind gentle. They got me on the schedule quickly and I am so pleased.

Persons Plastic Surgery took great care of my needs. Their attention to detail is parallel to no one I’ve seen before. They treated me like family and I feel 10 years younger.

Dr. Persons is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and her staff are amazing. They communicated with us really well for multiple different sculpting procedures that we were interested in and fit us in their schedule despite being very busy.

Excellent physician, professional staff. you could not be in better hands

Perhaps this office is not used to catering to colored people. I am sure the Dr. herself is very nice, but the staff is rude and unkind. I had purchased a Groupon for a Hydra Facial. I had an appointment. As I entered the door, I was told they were going to reschedule me, as I was a bit late, no other customer was there. Then I was asked to fill up the forms which I did but missed a page, the receptionist rudely told me I had skipped most pages, 2, 3 and 4, out of which I missed one. Her attitude was rude and condescending. The lady that took me in for my facial, was dry and obviously not interested in providing any service. She told me the facial was not 60 mins as it was advertised and that I told her was fine with me, I told her with a smile as long as the results were good, it didn't matter how long it was. She just was rude and on-caring and said we have what we have, at this moment I told her that if she could give me a minute and I got up from the chair and told her I would like to leave. All she said was OK!!!!! and walked out!!!!!!!! No one at the reception talked to me as I walked out...I left feeling horrible and mistreated. My appointment was for botox with Dr. Persons. While I have been to this practice before for other procedures, this was my first time meeting Dr. Persons. She was not only lovely, but personable, honest, calm, confident, knowledgeable and obviously skilled. She explained every step and was truthful about expected outcome. She listened carefully to my concerns and goal of treatment. I did not feel pressured into any additional services. After speaking with Dr. Persons, I decided to also have under eye filler. She graciously made time to do it on the same appointment. I've had under eye filler in the past with another provider elsewhere and it was a very poor experience and outcome. I was therefore very anxious to attempt again. Dr. Persons' calm nature, obvious expertise and skill were extremely reassuring. I had a Dysport treatment with Melissa. I was Always afraid of needles. She took the time to educate me. She was so knowledgeable and gentle and made the process so easy and painfree. She was great!

Dr Persons did a lip lift reconstruction after a Mohs procedure. I am one month out and it is looking really good. Still some redness and numbness on the scar line, but she is treating it with laser treatments and following up every two weeks.

My experience with Dr. Persons and her staff has been beyond amazing. From my consultation I was listened to and treated as the unique person I am. Dr. Persons went out of her way to make sure I was informed about every procedure and took every precaution. Jennie was also available to answer any question I had and was always happy to talk to me. I could tell they cared about me as in individual. The procedure was so easy and the results are fantastic.

Just completed an implant removal and replacement with smaller implant and breast lift with Dr P, and at only 4 days post-op I am already thrilled with my results! From the initial consultation, through surgery and post-op care every person was helpful, kind and professional. Dr Persons listened carefully and took time to understand what I wanted and was clear in explaining my options and her procedure plan. Simply a great experience for a very difficult skin cancer removal. Other MD's wanted to remove a huge chunk out of my leg and use a flap. Dr Persons was able to remove the entire lesion and repair the wound with minimal downtime and an amazing result. People can't even tell I had it removed!!

I felt so comfortable with the decision to have this surgery. I wanted my pre-baby confidence back. I like my post-baby battle scars, but wanted my breasts to be put back where they were meant to be. Also, I had torn my stomach muscle and was unable to regain that shape and strength. Dr. Persons put things back where they were meant to be and gave me the old me back! So happy.
