Terrible staff, they’re not friendly at all, always answers very rude, takes forever to even make a doctors note, asked for over a month ago and all they have told me is they’ll call me back SMH, and never did. If I could give 0 starts I would ! Terrible! NOT RECOMMENDED

One of the nicest and sweetest doctors you could ever meet!

I absolutely love Dr. Ricks! The wait time is literally all day for walk-ins... but, that’s because there’s a high demand for HER services. I’m sure that says a lot. Aside from the wait time, I think she’s a great doctor and I’d definitely recommend her sweet spirit and professionalism to family and friends!

She is a very unprofessional doctor. She speaks to patients very demeaning and disrespectfully. I would not not suggest this doctor to anyone and I definitely will not be returning.

This is by far the worst place ever. I don’t recommend this place if you have to take off work and just take your child to the doctor. They are not good with explaining how things work or working with you. The staff is not friendly nor do they care about how your child is feeling. Switching doctors as son as I’m done typing this.
