Going into a therapist, I know I need to be open-minded because I am there to learn how to change a behavior. Change is uncomfortable - it is always going to be. Barbara helped me look into my past, what can I change about myself and how can I change what I accept from others. I would recommend her to others, based upon what I know and my experiences. She has definitely helped me so far in the time I've spent with her. I'm confident that I will come out on the other end a stronger person.

This person was very judgemental said she wasnt experienced in the area and told me I needed different therapy from someone else I knew what I needed the day I called and made appt she could have saved me the time of coming in Beware this provider picks and chooses her clients based on her needs not your's and clearly very judgemental
