We have used Dr. Adams for years and found him to be nothing but professional and caring. Recommend him highly and his staff also.

The most incompetent receptionist on the face of the earth not to mention rude arrogant and a detriment to this office as the first person you encounter when you walk in the door. Taking our eye care needs somewhere else!

GET A NEW RECEPTIONIST. I am tired of having to call 10 times in succession just to be put on hold. Sometimes i HAVE to call even more times just to have the phone answered!

Never met a doctor like this. The worst manners ever. Made me wait an hour and a half and he never did come in to see me. No other patients were there for almost an hour and I saw him sitting in his office. Then a patient came in and I heard him talking with this other patient. I complained to the assistant and finally I just left. I think he’s not mentally well. I’d never ever go back to him, and cannot recommend him to anyone. I don’t think he should have a license to practice.

Very unhappy! The eye exam was totally wrong for my husbands eyes when the glasses were made. (and yes they were made to match the eye exam, and that was checked 3x) Dr Adams office will not return our calls or the calls (5 of them) from the business that made his glasses. I have reported this to Medicare and Oregon licensing.....very upsetting and disappointing....we thought for sure they would return a call immediately and do another courtesy eye exam to fix this....but no!
