They are honestly fonominal with there work and great with all there clients

Got invited for one of their walk-ins was told i would be seen within a few minutes, lady walk-in after me got in for a retainer, and I was in the lobby till about 10:00 A.M.(got there at 8:40). They completely forgot I existed from the looks of it. BTW I work on the night crew so I stay up for this for them

The staff was very friendly, prompt, and detailed oriented. I would recommend them to anyone!

I scheduled a dentist appointment for my son a year ago and they just called today to tell me that they had to reschedule the appointment due to Dr hott going on vacation. The appointment was for February 6th as my insurance requires a dental cleaning every 6 months. This place is a joke and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

Had some extensive work done. Dr HoTT was great with making me feel comfortable and explained everything before beginning any work. Highly recommend them!!!

The best Dentist in Northeast IN, after all Fort Wayne Dentiest clinics refused to accept my disabled brother Medicaid, I gave them a call and they accepted him and take care of him and they welcomed him as a king, the nurse was as an Angel and she treated him very well, and she Calmed him down peacefully without any resistance. Dr. Hott is a very Gentle Men with great experience, and the staffs as well, I’ll recommended them forever. This place is unreliable. They had an appointment for me to fix several cavities and when I showed up they said they had no notes for an appointment for me. So I schedule another one two freaking weeks later with horrible mouth pain!! Just to find out today at 9:50 that my appointment at noon is bumped back another hour Bc I never confirmed my appointment... I missed one call from them the day before around 1:00 saying this is a reminder that you have an appointment with us at 12:00.... That's not saying hey confirm your appointment. Plus I work nights so I wasn't up til 10pm. This place needs to get their s*** together!!! This place is unreliable. Love all staff members and Dr. Hott. They really take the time to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

I just want to say Thank You to the Doctor and his staff. They made me feel welcome and was the best dentist experience I've Ever had. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Hott Family Dentistry has changed my life. After one visit, I have a new confidence in my smile, no longer fear the dentist, and can say I've found a wonderful dentist for the whole family! I honestly can't even put how impressed I am with their service into words! They continuously made sure I was comfortable, walked me through every step, and helped me save teeth I honestly thought were going to need pulled!
