Bart Richards has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is a capable, concerned, and knowledgeable professional who always cares. He listens, something I find rare in a doctor nowadays. Through the years Bart has helped me with many health concerns, ranging from a mild digestion disorder to Psoriatic Arthritis complications. Short wait times, kind & professional office staff, Dr Richards has always listened to me and respected my wishes all while trying to help get me well. I also appreciate the fact that you can actually reach him after hours. NO ONE does that anymore!

I love Dr. Richards! He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time. His office is hands down the fastest doctor’s office I’ve ever been to, and I’m usually taken back to a room within 10 minutes. I’m a self-pay customer, and they charge $65 per visit, which for the medical community is extremely reasonable! Great as always

Avoid this practice!! Dr. Richards has no work ethic and does as little as possible to get by. He plays mind games and will turn on you like a snake. Every visit follows a format where he will ask "What one thing is bothering you the most?" and you are not allowed to say more than one thing. He mocked me for telling him my symptoms, imitating how I pointed out what was bothering me, and said "Now you can't tell me you hurt here, and here, and here, you have to just tell me one thing." No one here has any professionalism or concern for your health. Three times they set up referrals for me without telling me they made an appointment. They only answer the phone or return calls when they feel like it. Dr. Richards will act concerned one visit and then the next act as if you never had that conversation. There is no continuity of care from one visit to the next. Dr. Richards is not really practicing medicine, just going through the motions, and acts like he has no moral standards.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor in my life. If you truly need help Dr Richards will do the opposite. Stay away if you value good healthcare. And it’s not just one area it’s the practice is the office it’s the people and it’s also the financial fraud that they’re committing they’re on insurance claims not overcharging or even charging you when you didn’t even come in for a visit. Don't go here unless you like to sit in a waiting room all day. ???? He has only 2 exam rooms! 2. You would think that he could afford to move to another office or expand his current one. I have 2 kids and I just got to a point where I am going to look elsewhere for a doctor who handles children's health better. Well, wanted to put a note on this review site to express my disappointment in how this office handles phone calls and my current situation. This office submitted a visit and filed it against my insurance on a visit that I did not even go to. I have left several messages for a phone call back to get this resolved (over a week). No one has returned my call and continues to "take the message". I guess I will have to take the time to drive up to the office and get this reversed. Oh, they also show a balance due on my account as well for this "ghost" visit. UPDATE: I have received a call back finally and they are correcting the issue with the insurance filing. I’m told I owe $130 to go to this doctor from 2006. I was 13 in 2006. How do I owe you money if I didn’t even have a job or couldnt even legally go to a doctor by myself at 13? Billing lady when I told her I’d find another doctor she said okay and didn’t care. Rude staff obviously, Cindy in billing wouldn’t even give me her last name after I asked instead she rudely stated she’s the only Cindy in billing. I am getting a attorney. If I could give a negative review I would. He was the doctor that saved my life when I was a baby and I wanted to go to him but because of his billing Cindy I will not be going to him ever again. Went because of OBAMA'S stupid Ins and this quack would take it. My Dad thought he was great I wonder if he is not one of the reasons Dad is dead! I am a Breast cancer survivor! Both times I went told the nurse and him my mammogram was overdue! NOTHING! Finally called my Dr who Ins did not cover and payed out of pocket to be sure I was still Cancer free! If I could give this place a NEGATIVE number, I would. I called this place on Monday, 2/26/18 and scheduled a new patient appointment for my husband on Friday, 3/2/18 at 10:30AM. The lady (my fault for not getting her name - she sounded like she knew what she was doing) that I spoke to said that someone would call me if our insurance was NOT accepted. I repeated the time when she gave me the appointment and then again before we hung up and wrote it down (i.e. “alright, 10:30AM on Friday, right” She said “yes”). We never heard back, not even a reminder phone call regarding the appointment. My husband took off an entire day (because his employer is 120 mile round trip) and when he showed up 20 minutes early (10:10AM) he was told that his appointment was at 9:50AM and that he needed to call back and reschedule. When I called back I was told that there was nothing that they can do to accommodate him today and that the appointment was actually at 10AM. I have NO IDEA what is going on with the people who are handling scheduling at this place but they have NO CLUE what they are doing (I am writing this review at 10:45AM). We have never been this inconvenienced by a doctor’s office before. In conclusion, we DO NOT recommend this place especially if you’re a new patient. Keep on scrolling because there are plenty of other physician’s offices who would’ve handled this poorly handled situation in a MUCH better way in order to make their mistake rectified. My husband is now going to have to wait until his sick time is earned and can’t take anithwr day off for another 2 weeks (we have 2 children under 2 and they’ve been sick recently). This company overcharges for physicals for a job. I would NEVER recommend them. They charged my daughter $105!!!!!! other companies would charge $35. Not a happy customer and will tell everyone about this.
