Dr Koppuzha genuinely cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable, available and excellent with follow up concerns.

Horrible person. ANY other doctor will be a better option. Treated my spouse so poorly we left halfway through the visit and MADE SURE WE DID NOT GET CHARGED by immediately calling the insurance company to let them know what happened. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS QUACK!

I am so grateful to have Dr. Beena Koppuzha as my physician. Recently, I had 2 serious medical conditions. She responded immediately to my medical needs getting prompt intervention and “spot on” treatment. Highly recommend this professional highly skilled doctor.

The thing I like about Dr Koppuzha is that she is no nonsense and she LISTENS. This makes a difference to me. I feel that she is invested in my staying healthy.

Terrible experience with this doctor!! After my mom passed away all of my moms other doctors had no problem sending us medical records as we requested. We fought for months to get medical records from Dr. Koppuzha and she kept making excuses and saying we never asked for them. Finally we called again and threatened to get a lawyer. She had the nerve to tell us to pay for her to hire a receptionist if we want the medical records. She also said "I did not cause your mothers death" which was the farthest thing from our minds and can't believe she said that. My mother passed in the hospital from covid but we still have the right to obtain medical records. She is so cheap she tries to do everything herself. When she finally agreed we had my dad go to the office to pick them up and she made him sign a paper saying that he received the records BEFORE she would even hand him the envelope. What she gave him was practically nothing for the length of time my mom had been going there. So unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! I've been a patient of Dr. koppuzha for 22 years. During that time she has shown excellent medical acumen including diagnosing cancer from a routine blood draw. The Doctor is more than a physician she is a valued friend. I will continue as a loyal patient. She is the epitome of the human touch.

I have been a patient of hers for 16 years-and she is the absolute best. She is on top of it all. Last year she literally saved my life. Knowing I was a smoker, she sent me for chest xrays and ct scans of my lungs EVERY year. Last April she saw a tiny spot on my lung, too small to biopsy, and sent me to a Pulmonologist. After more ct scans, a biopsy, and a pet scan that said Cancer, I had the lower lobe of my right lung removed and am now "Cancer Free". I am at stage 1A with no need for chemo or radiation. To me, she has been a Godsend.. How many doctors do that?? How many of you smokers out there never get scanned unless you have a real problem?? All I can say is I am one very lucky lady because of her. I put my life in her hands in 2004, and never looked back. Dr. Koppuzha is very thorough and has a broad range of knowledge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Its very easy to schedule appointments and there is very little wait in the office.

Dr. Koppuzha listens to me the first time I tell her something. She Understands. I never have to explain or repeat a statement or request. She does not appear rushed, or inattentive. Her staff are polite and helpful.

Hello, I recently set up with Dr. Koppuzha to be my PCP, I have been to see her twice...she is so professional and caring...I even referred a couple of friends to her already...and they like her very much too...She is not in a multi physicians group, and that means so much to me...I even called the office once, and she picked up the phone...(unheard of)...the office is immaculate too, and a short time to wait...the staff is so friendly and down to earth...Highly Recommend Dr. Beena Koppuzha!

The most rude and unprofessional Doctor. Rude to patients, office is unorganized and patient and staff turn around is a joke. Staff are rude, condescending and misinformed just as much as their boss. Needless to say I am no longer under her care.

All this Doctor cares about is her wallet. I was overcharged for my very first visit in April before my insurance was even billed. My insurance covered everything and I still have not received my refund, we are now almost into July. When I called about this issue her receptionist informed me the doctor handles and processes her own billing. WHO DOES THAT???!! A greedy doctor that’s who. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. I actually drove down there minutes later to confront the doctor in person about what had taken place. The doctor took no action and defended the receptionist. She also informed me she had used an ICD Code that was different from the normal to insure she would be paid for my previous visit even though she charged me $100 before even billing my insurance. She said she did this so she wouldn’t be “Ripped Off”. This is what she said to me. Unreal. I informed her she would most certainly continue losing new patients with this nonsensical behavior between her and her incompetent receptionist. Horrible Horrible service. Went to her for a physical (new Patient). After 7 months and 4 visits, still no physical. Each time put me off saying, "next time" we will do it, Meanwhile, charging insurance and me for an office visit. She canceled my appt. last minute - I was actually sitting in the waiting room. Very abrupt manner. Never took the time to listen to ME. Just told me about herself. Rude to her own staff in front of patients. Contacted insurance company about this and filed a complaint. Next day I get a call saying if I come in the next day, Dr. Koppuzah would be happy to give me a physical. Not happening. Sent letter requesting my records be sent to new doctor. Two weeks later they never recieved them. Called Koppuzah's office. They said they would look into it and call back. Never did. 1 week later I called and Dr. K answered phone "who is this?". What Doctor's office answers the phone that way? Amazingly, the records appeared that afternoon. Not a good choice for a Doctor.

I have been Dr Koppuzha's patient for over 9 years. She has always been there for me. If you call her office after patient hours you many times get her answering the phone herself. She is a brilliant dedicated doctor who truly cares about her patients.

Horrible dr. She screams, yells and hangs up on patients. She can't keep ANY staff because she makes them cry and they quit. She is so rude and actually MEAN. She does not belong working with people. I don't usually leave comments but this one just really bothered me. Dr. Koppuzha is rude to her receptionist. From what I could tell she did no wrong and it is unprofessional to yell and scream at your staff. I was extremely uncomfortable and I felt so sad for her. I was there in the morning and the receptionist was sweet and welcoming making sure I had everything I needed. She also brought me back to the room which I knew wasn't her job because they have never done that before, but she took me back and made sure is was good to go. The receptionist is the only person there that saves that place!

Rudest staff I've ever encountered.. As a ne w patient one would think the staff would ne at the least cordial, but no, absolutely rude and unprofessional. I have been a patient of Dr. Koppuzha for almost twenty years. She is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She responds quickly whenever I have called her with a medical issue. Several years ago, I called her with a breathing problem. Within two hours, there was a diagnosis and admittance to the hospital. Due to her accurate medical knowledge, I recovered after a weeks stay in the hospital. She is always available to deal with your medical issues. I sincerely recommend Dr. Koppuzha.

Chaotic! NO More! I was a patient of Dr. Koppuzha's for several years who recently said enough! Her Staff consists of one woman. Period. This woman does everything from answering phones to administering EKG's. Your appointment is constantly interrupted by said woman, barging into YOUR exam because the Dr. MUST take an urgent call, sign urgent insurance forms, urgent this, urgent that-a nightmare! She's grossly understaffed and overbooked, a recipe for potential disaster. Avoid!

Dr. Beena Koppuzha is very professional,knowledgeable, courteous and always follows up to see if you are o.k.orif she needs to take other measures.I would not have another primary care physician. Her staff are especially kind and courteous. They always go out of there way, when time is aloud.
