Dr Ben in AMAZING! He is so understanding, thorough, gentle and kind. He really know how to align with his patients. My son was born as a 31 week preemie and needed the ROP ( Retinopathy of Prematurity) tests. Dr Ben not only allowed me to stay in the room with my son. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly. He also asked if I had any questions. He genuinely loves his work and wants to help out our lil guys! Amazing doctor! My son has special needs and can have a lot of difficulty with exams and Dr. was so patient and understanding. We went to Worcester location and front desk receptionist and nurse were amazing also, and really helped to put my son as ease!

Dr. Ben was amazing with my 1 year old, very pleasant, easy going, and gentle. My kiddo had a fantastic appointment and was not scared or upset. His assistant (not sure of her exact correct title, maybe technician) was equally great with kids as well! Both seemed very knowledgeable and easy to talk to/understand and worked well together. He made the eye appointment very stress free for me!
