Dr. Cochran always listens to my concerns and asks all the right questions. I've had several doctors in Lubbock, and she is the best.

Communicative Doctor. Smart. Personable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have found a better PPC.

Dr. Cochran is very compassionate and caring of her patients. She makes me feel comfortable with any questions I may have. She is very thorough when she examines you.

Dr. Cochran is amazing. she worked with me and listened to me as we worked to get my existing conditions under control. she makes an effort to have last-minute appointments available for those illnesses that pop up. in general, the best doctor I have ever had.

She's remarkably effecient and thorough. She's probably saved my life twice that I know of and treats me and my family with nothing but respect. Her staff is phenomenal

Dr. Cochran has been a lifesaver for me. She is one of what seems like a dwindling number of healthcare professionals that has not lost the sympathy and empathy required for being a compassionate caregiver. Not to mention, she’s really smart. That may seem like a crazy sounding compliment because you’d think all doctors were smart! Not so! Believe me, I don’t trust them all due to bad experiences!! Dr. Cochran has that unique combination of knowledge, ability to communicate that knowledge, and kindness. She takes time to explain things, and moreover, she defers to a specialist when needed unlike some doctors who think they can handle all areas of expertise. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Cochran is such a good doctor - she listens and she cares and I never feel rushed when I'm explaining my issues to her. I love Dr. Cochran, her nurses, and her staff.

Dr. Cochran is the best at what she does! She takes time and listens and her knowledge and skills give me full confidence in my care. I have felt more at ease in my care with her than any primary care physician I have used in years. She never seems to busy when she comes in the exam room. So glad I started using her as my PCP!!

Dr Cochran's practice is amazing! Dr Cochran is very compassionate and caring. Her bedside manner is one of the best I have ever experienced. She is very proactive and really listens to her patients symptoms to come up with the best treament. Her nurses and front desk girls are always friendly and make you feel like more than a number. I love that I can have 1 doctor for myself as well as my toddler. The front desk girls, kristy and Jennifer and the nurses always remember me and my daughter. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. They are very good about trying to fit you in and go above and beyond to help. Dr. Cochran is awesome! She and her staff do a great job and make me feel like they are happy to see me. I read a couple of reviews that were negative towards the receptionists, saying that they're rude and that people aren't coming to see them because they feel well. If you think about that for a minute, when people don't feel well, most of them are not in the most pleasant mood. The receptionists are the ones who take the brunt of that. Maybe we should try a little harder to put a smile on our faces and try to be pleasant to everyone we see, as they may be dealing with something even worse than "not feeling well." For example, maybe they just lost someone close to them, found out they have some health issue themselves or perhaps they just don't feel well either. After all, they are sitting in a room, greeting dozens of sick people, who aren't in the best mood, every day! So maybe we should all be a little nicer to the people we have contact with, even if we aren't feeling our best! One of my goals every day is to try to brighten the day of the people that I come in contact with. It only requires a smile and a couple of kind words! And then, if it doesn't work, don't take it personally! You have a choice as to how it affects you! Don't allow someone else to "bring you down," no matter what they say or do! I would highly recommend Dr. Cochran and her Nurse Practitioner. They make me think that my children are special as they remember little things about them. Plus, if my children are sick we can get an appointment the same day. The staff have excellent customer services skills and make you feel welcome every single time you visit. After 14 yrs of having the same physician in my home town I had finally had enough of the rude behaviors of his office staff..after discussing it with my husband and family we decided to move on to a new physician. It was tough and almost felt like I was loosing a family member. I heard of Dr. Cochran did my homework and really liked everything about her. She is a great Doctor, easy to talk to, down to earth and I can tell she cares. Her receptionist on the other hand really needs to not be around the public. Her attitude stinks she has no people skills at all!! I don't think she realizes people don't go to see their Dr cause they feel good, something is wrong. I just wonder if her superior knows she treats her patients this way? I would really hate to have to find another physician.
