Very caring and professional!!! Dr. Alwalt is AMAZING!!! She and her staff made sure I was comfortable. Extraction took about an hour and that included making sure I felt no pain and making sure I understood the after care instructions . If this office was so far out ,I would make this my regular dentist

My overall experience was excellent! The doctor called me at home after the procedure to check on me! Highly recommended!

As someone who had endured a great deal of dental work, root canals, extractions etc....I have spent numerous hours in various dentists chairs...Dr Bethany Awalt and her staff are so patient, kind and accommodating, and really go above and beyond for their patients. Their patient customer service is outstanding and very willing to help in any way that they can...and Dr.Awalt is simply magical in her work. I've never experienced any pain or discomfort during or after her services, and have never had to return for any corrective care. Both myself and my son (wisdom teeth extraction) could not be more pleased with Dr. Awalt, her calm demeanor, her patience in explaining every detail of the procedures, her expertise and her outreach and follow up to ensure that all went perfectly.

Dr. Awalt came highly recommended by my dentist and for good reason. Dr. Awalt performed surgery for an implant tooth a year or so ago. Everything went well, no issues at all. More recently, I had to have a sinus lift and bone graft for another implant. I was very apprehensive because this was a more involved procedure. Prior to the surgery I had a lot of questions about the cost and insurance co-pays, etc. and Dr. Awalt's staff members were so helpful and patient and really went the extra mile to explain the costs of each phase. On the day of the surgery I was so nervous! Dr. Awalt was so kind to me, and her staff really helped to calm me down, too. Dr. Awalt did an amazing job once again and I have had a very smooth recovery. If I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough! This was my first visit. The office was clean and everyone was professional, not to mention the staff help eased my nerves. I had a tooth infected and part of the tooth was still up in my gum. No pain afterwards. I even received a call later that evening to check on me. I would highly recommend this office.

I received a call a couple from her office to schedule another appointment to get the rest of my wisdom teeth removed and scheduled an appointment for today at 8:00am. I received a call a couple of days ago from her office before my scheduled appointment and they said i had an appointment for 8:00 but then continued to say they would not take me until 9:30 so i arrive at 8:30 and they tell me that i am late and they do not schedule in between times and basically telling me that no one in the office called me and said 9:30 and that i would have to reschedule and that they do not have anymore appointments till fall and the woman at the front desk was very confrontational about the whole situation and had a very dismissive attitude. The issue for this office is not Dr. Awalt she is very nice and accommodating, it is her staff and the people working at her front desk who are the problem. Dr. Awalt was very gentle with my mom and considerate of her dental issues. She identified an additional concern and addressed it immediately. The cleanliness was superior and COVID practices made me very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fabulous experience! I can’t recommend Dr. Awalt and her staff highly enough! What could have been a scary and stressful time for my son was instead quick and painless. Dr. Awalt has a wonderfully calming disposition that immediately put us at ease. Her recovery recommendations were spot on and my son didn’t skip a beat. No swelling! The brand new office was beautiful and immaculate. We felt very safe with Covid precautions in place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else- Dr. Awalt is the best! Fabulous experience! Bethany (Dr. Awalt) recently extracted my infected molar. Her office got me in for an appointment quickly. Bethany listened to me and answered all my questions. She performed the extraction after administering a local anesthetic; it was completely painless. She has a great manner and great hands. She also did a socket preservation for me. Dr. Awalt was nothing short of amazing performing a delicate surgery on my daughter. She come so frightened she didn't want to enter the building and when I finally got her within the office Dr. Awalt could not have been more accommodating. The surgery was not easy on her, but Dr. Awalt was patient and did everything humanly possible to make her comfortable and pain free. I'm eternally grateful. I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Bethany Serafin Awalt. She was very caring and nice, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job. Even though extracting 4 teeth at once is not fun, she and her assistant made me feel very comfortable. Now, more than 6 months after the extraction, everything is healed perfectly well. Dr. Awalt was very professional and caring. She explained everything thoroughly to my daughter as well as myself. My daughter was very nervous and she made her feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Awalt's to everyone that I know who needs an oral surgeon. Did I mention that her staff was very professional and caring as well. They rock!!! When your 10 year old gets off the afternoon bus thanking you for taking him to the oral surgeon that morning, you know that oral surgeon is doing everything right. Staff was great, highly recommend!

Very nice, explained everything about my tooth implant. The office staff was also very good. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs an oral surgeon.

After enduring pain for 3 days and no available appointments, I was able to get an appt. the very next day with Dr. Bethany Serafin Awalt, D.M.D., P.A. The staff was very nice as well as Dr. Awalt. I usually have horrible experiences however that all changed today. Thank you

Dr. Await was phenomenal! She took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth and it was a breeze. Barely any pain at all! She was also very nice and even called me at home to check my recovery. The experience couldn't have been better :)

I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled. My pre-surgery was excellent, The staff was wonderful and everything i needed to know about the procedure was explained very well. Dr serafin Awalt & her assistant did an excellent job in making sure i was comfortable on the day of my surgery and everything went well. She called me later on that day to make sure that i was OK. My sockets has healed perfectly. I have never seen such great service in any establishment and i would recommend this place to anybody.

Nobody wants to have to see an oral surgeon, but Dr. Serafin/Awalt is the most amazing, compassionate, gentle, proficient doctor that I have met. My children and my wife have seen her and she is terrific. We had consulted with several other oral surgeons in the area and none compare to Dr. Awalt. She is absolutely the BEST. I read some of the other reviews here that are over a year old - she has new staff now. I had a very rushed interaction with Dr Awalt during my initial consultation. Quick Xrays and she showed my where my 2 bottom wisdom teeth were impacted on the xrays,but she strongly insisted that i remove all 4 with Anesthesia . I am privy to the money grab Dentists do.The more procedures they perform, the more they get paid. Fast forward to the week of my procedure, i get a call from her office reminding me of my appt for my surgery.I am told that my appt is 10:30am which whilst i thought my appointment was for 8.30am .,Per standard surgery process for anyone going under Anesthesia i couldn't eat or drink after 12am the night before so i am taken aback by the 10.30 time i was being "reminded ". At 9.15am the day of my scheduled procedure, i get a call from the front desk at Dr Awalts office asking me where i was, indicating i was late for my 9am appointment. I was upset with notion that i had taken off from work several days only to be told i had missed my appointment and would have to be rescheduled for another day or could still be seen the same day and have the surgery with only LOCAL ANESTHESIA!!!!.(WHO GETS 4 WISDOM TEETH PULLED WITHOUT SEDATION!!! The front desk staff were rude even though they conveyed the wrong time to me and had the nerve to try and schedule me in with local anesthesia only. The girl at the front desk had a take it or leave it attitude with me so i walked and told them i would be using another Doctor and would no longer be a patient with them. The receptionists are horrible! When I first needed oral surgery, I was told there was a month wait and it could ONLY be scheduled for 9:30am, so I made the first available appointment. Then, the person driving me had a schedule conflict and I called and rescheduled without a problem. Today (my old surgery date) I got a nasty voicemail from the receptionist that I'd missed my appointment, then when I called back, she told me that 'no one here would have rescheduled this for you' and was VERY nasty with me when I pointed out that 1) I wasn't a liar and 2) I have a life and 2 jobs to schedule around. Give them a miss...the dentists might be amazing but the staff certainly aren't! The receptionists are horrible!
