Dr. Bhupinder S Anand

Rude impatient. My my mother had supernuckear palsy. Especially in the beginning when my sister and i did now know what was happening. A question to him was a bother. Do not take a elderly parent to this man

My mother was given a very serious diagnosis and prescribed a medication to "see if that helps". We are unfamiliar with this medical condition and Dr. Anand cut us off from asking more questions because he "has other patients to see." I looked up the condition online to learn that the prognosis is very bleak - six to seven years to expected lifespan. He should have taken more time with us. I need to seek another doctor. I'm not a demanding patient, just looking for one that will answer a question or two. I'm giving a one star review because less than zero stars is not an option.

O think Dr. Anand got his medical license as a prize from a Cracker Jacks box. If i could give zero stars, I would. These doctors are Quacks and don't care about their patients and the office is  horribly disorganized.  It's an accident waiting to happen seeing anyone in this group. I don't thjnk the doctor looked at my scans, only the report. In addition you can never get through to the office by phone. They lose your results and have no appointments to accommodate people who work. It's not in the least bit worth it to select this group. It's incredibly hard to reach this office by phone and most voicemail messages left do not promt a return call. I don't even yhink he looked at my actual films, only the reports. This is the Rudest doctor i have ever encountered. I am a nurse, had to see him for my son with serious brain diagnosis when asked for further MRI studies requested by surgeon he refused and told us to leave. We said we would find another doctor as he is extremely disconnected with his patients needs. in fact spent one minute in the office, then sent my son a letter he would not be seeing him. This guy is so bad and does not listen to his patients or families. He is so rotten they would not let me use the words that i would describe him with. I would literally say no star rating at all.

Worst customer serviceI have ever experience. Tried to make an appointment over the phone three times in five minutes and these people were nasty. Never thought I I will give a complaint like this. If I was the owner I will Reconsider hiring the right people

Terrible provider. Rude and nasty to his patients. i would recommend any other provider at the practice

He never sees you. Only his nurse Lura Buck sees you and on every question she says I will ask the doctor. Your appointments are waste of time. No need to take off from work or anything important because he hardly see you. And also put the condition of giving the medicine prescription to see him every 2-3 months otherwise he will not send the new prescriptions to the pharmacy. Even if you have seizure. Their goal is to keep their testing going to bill you and made you to do the most visits for the whole year to charge your insurance for each visit. If you luckily see the Doctor then Laura Buck will see you for next 4-5 appointments until he sees you again. He never sees you. Clean, pleasant office, friendly staff and Dr. Anand is a Great doctor.

Dr. Anand is incredible! He is caring, and generous with his time. He always made sure I was well informed. When he determined that I may need surgery and he could no longer help he sent me to the best neurological team on Long Island.

Great experience here. Dr. Anand was very professional and courteous in my appointment he was able to explain everything in a manner that I could understand and made sure I understood the diagnosis and treatment options. Also very friendly and was able to crack a joke or two and make the visit personal not leaving me with that feeling I get from other doctors where I may feel im talking to a robot. Overall a very good practice and will certainly refer him to anyone looking for a neurologist. He also took my little brother as a patient (16) and with him as well he worked out great so also a recommendation for both adults and adolescents. Great experience here. I visited office with my son in April,2016.We waited for 30 minutes in the room.The doctor did not greet or explain,he was rude & unprofessional.He made my son more nervous and uncomfortable.In fact he got upset when my son mentioned wait time.Instead of telling us that it might be one time thing,he told us to find someone else,if we can not wait. I would not recommend to anyone.The overall office is not bad it seems that office policy is to make money.
