Great eye Doctor . Doctor bell takes time and listens to his patients.Great service. The staff always shows that they care. Wouldn't go any where else.

Dr Bell has taken care of my eyes for over 25 years. I have never had a problem with him, his staff or my glasses. He keeps up to date with eye diseases & treatments. He doesn't just check your eyes for a new prescription for glasses. He takes into account other health issues you may have that might be contributing your eye problem. I highly recommend him. Very bad service glasses made wrong will not replace them. Wants me to pay for them again. The girl that answers the phone very rude and lies. I had my exam in the first of march now the 13 of just. Still no glasses

Worst eye dr I have ever been to very rushed office staff rude, ordered glasses in march made wrong still don't have replacement pair yet wants to charge me again. Run from the place don't walk run.

Good luck setting up an appointment, phone was busy for over 2 hours, so I went up there to ask about availability of setting one up and the receptionist seemed upset that I'd even come in to ask. I mentioned the phone was busy while she was using it and I just got told " we only have 1 phone, so yeah..." not sure if they're using the business phone to talk to friends or what but idk of any place that has a phone that takes over 2 hours to set up a few appointments. Over all they just acted like I was a nuisance for just coming in to ask one question that takes maybe 5 seconds to answer. Wow..I swear Dr. BELL IS AMAZING. However that recipients is to young or something because she talks to people like she is annoyed to be there doing her job. She should find something that makes her happy to do. This isnt the job for her.

Daughter went in for exam was rushed. Glasses may not be right prescription based on headaches that continue. Doctor refused to re-examine to make sure correct. Will not see her again. Worst service ever received. And staff was not helpful at all. I would never want to use this person again. Walmart vision is great too bad the doctor there that contracts is not up to the standards

The recptionist is horrendous. She put the wrong contact size down after I showed her the curvature I wore. They refused to exchange them. After I had Walmart make my trifocals with digital Nikon lenses, We discovered Dr Bells office had written the wrong prescription. They never did correct that. Dr Bell is wonderful and is staff use to be also, but this new guy he has, Tony, is not very friendly or helpful. He acts as if he really doesn't want to help nor want to be there. He sounds good on the phone, when i asked about if the dr was still there he didn't answer and just hung up on me.

I've been going to Dr Bell for years. He is great. But Tony is very rude. I took my husband in because he had something in his eye. His eye was real red and irritated. I tried to call to make an appointment but kept getting a busy signal. I told Tony when we got there that the line was busy he said rudely "because we are busy". No reason they should leave the phone off the hook. I tried calling 8 times within an hour. They were not busy. 2 people sitting there. My husband tried to tell him about his eye . Love he is one of the od I've been to

Dr Bell and his office personally are incompetent. My glasses were not made with a useable prescription strength. My contacts were ordered in the correct strength, but in the wrong fit. I had taken my last contact size in, so they could get it right. They wanted to charge me another office visit to correct any of their mistakes. I have to start all over with a competent doctor, now.
