I have had the worst experience with this office. Went in on the 30th was told that my prescriptions would be sent to the Walgreens of choice went to Walgreens on the 30th Rx not there or any Walgreens for that matter, called back to Dr. Bindu office and was told it was sent only to go back to Walgreens and told there is nothing there. Since the 30th of November I have been unable to get my Rx. Paid $78 just to be seen with no outcome. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I have had the worst experience with this office. I agree that this appears to be for copay. I was diagnosed with bronchitis one week and went back the following week for a checkup. I at that time discussed the difficulty of getting someone on the phone in her office. She recommended signing up on the portal. You can't submit anything without a $25.00 fee. I called her office yesterday at 9:45 and did not hear from anyone until 4:00. Unfortunately I missed the call. I like her as a doctor but have a problem having to pay a copay because I can't talk with anyone in her office on the phone as a follow-up I agree that this appears to be for copay. I really like Dr. Sudhakaran! She really takes time to listen to questions and concerns and clearly and kindly addresses each one. I think she’s a fabulous doctor.

I was very disappointed with my last two visits. I am by no means a complainer and will not go to the doctor unless something's about to literally fall off! I felt that my concerns were not being listened to and even downplayed/dismissed. I had to ask repeatedly for a test, but since I didn't "look" sick, it would be a waste of time. Turns out the test was positive and then the question was asked if I felt that I needed antibiotics. I know my body and am sensitive to something not being quite right. We pay to much for insurance and services not to be listened to or taken seriously. I was very disappointed with my last two visits. Love Dr. Sudhakaran! Listens to all issues with interest and concern, addresses everything, and follows through.

I have been going to Dr Sudhakaran for some time and so has my son. We find her very caring and through with exams and very knowledgable. Most of her staff is very good in what they do. When I have to go in everyone of them, doctor included, ask about my son by name and the same when he goes in, they ask about me. There has been a problem with meds but it is not her and I have addressed it with her so hopefully the one responsible has been dealt with. Her new office on the new 99 loop is very convient and is inside the Emergency care building, which also has the lab, and physical therepy room. Don't judge a doctor by one staff member. Address your concerns with her before you assume she knows what is going on. I have been going to Dr Sudhakaran for some time and so has my son. She is sweet, easy to talk to and explains things on your level with compassion. Even breaks news of that you possibly and probably are just being a bit of a hypochondriac., in a way that your both laughing. Great staff.

I would avoid this doctor. You'll have a million visits solely to collect copays. The staff didn't even take my blood pressure correctly. I was diagnosed with diabetes last and chose this doctor as a requirement from my insurance company. It starts with a "new patient" exam, which is a physical - and... copay. They took blood and sent it to the wrong lab, costing me another $150. Then they asked me to come back the following week for more blood (I only gave blood - only $75 this time + copay), then asked me to come back the following week for my "physical" (copay). Then they asked me to come back again in 2 weeks for a "diabetic physical" (copay + $25 that the insurance wouldn't cover because of how it was coded). Then they asked me to come back in 2 weeks for a "follow up". At this point I decided this place is a scam. Now I just go to the VA Clinic in Tomball. I would avoid this doctor. Dr. Sudhakaran is an excellent choice as my new GP/Internal medicine Dr. She is very attentive and listens to my concerns. Cautious yet practical about suggesting choices for treatment . Genuine and down to earth. I cannot express how happy I am to have found her.

She cares very much about her patients. Takes a holistic approach. She is beautiful too.

Excellent doctor! She listens to the patient , is never rushed and makes you feel like you are very important

The doctor was wonderful, very attentive and knowledgeable, I really look forward to her being my doctor. Unfortunately I have to give a two star review because I find her staff to be incompetent. I really hope that they can get their act together and I can edit this review and change it to the four or five star review it really should be. She is the Consummate Physician and is so very committed to you as a patient. Her knowledge is insurmountable ,her bedside manner is beyond excellent, and her results are fantastic. I cannot recommend Dr. Sudhakaran highly enough! She takes care of our entire family with her stellar level of care, and results! Bob Vaden
