Called to establish as a new patient. Office staff informed me dur to covid they are not taking new pstients. Office staff rude.

New to the area.Office staff was rather rude ewhen I went to make a new patient appointment. They said they have not taken new pts in about a year. Website states different and was told to go to someone else of a lower rating. Also they blamed it on COVID. Well not really looking to be taken care of by a physician with less than stellar reviews.

Dr Pittman and his staff are great. Best experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. Dr Pittman is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with best practices. He never rushes me and he always validates my questions and concerns. I would only hope that I could remain his patient for a very long time. And finally, his nurse Maggie is one of the best ever and I know nurses! Dr Pittman and his staff are great. Best experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. Bobby Pittman is a wonderful doctor and his staff is also wonderful. Your appointment time is your appointment. I have never waited hours for my children to see him.

He is an amazing doctor... I wish he took my insurance, so I wouldn't have to change provider's. Hope to come back one day ????

Wouldn’t want to take my family anywhere else.

Dr. Pittman and his staff provided me the GREATEST client experience of my life! I have never met such compassionate and well rounded doctor like Dr. Pittman. Being new to SA and the thought of having to find a doctor was dreadful until I gave BiOS a try for my first and last PCP search. I can't say it enough how happy I am to have found this clinic! Detail oriented doctor

Great doctor! Took plenty of time to answer all of my questions, helpful without being pushy. Extremely competent and knowledgeable in a multitude of areas. I highly recommend his practice.

This doctor made me feel that he truly cares for his patients and didn't just want to get you in and out. Very nice and good with kids and listens very well. His team was really good as well. This is our family doctor from now on

Absolutely best doctor I have seen in years .The patience and knowledge he exhibits is phenomenal, very personable and not in the least intimidating, he acts more human like then God like . Highly recommend him!!
