Dr. Noronha managed my problem with a nosebleed that would not stop. Dr Noronha is an outstand professional who takes the time review your case in a professional manner who no doubt is concerned for each of his patients. I highly recommend him for my friends and family. Also, his office staff is second to none. They are very kind and professional and sincerely care about their patients. Dr.Noronha is a very great Dr who takes the time to listen to you! He put my sons tunes in at the age of 2, and was fantastic with him! His staff is very kind and helpful as well.

Dr. Noronha is a really great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and tries to help in any way he can. The nurses are very nice as well!

This place is the biggest waste of time I waited over a 1 Hour and didn't see the doctor I had to walk out they was also very rude to me about all of it

My adult son and I both went to see Dr Noronha to get our ears cleaned and to get hearing tests. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, however the receptionists at the window and the audiologist are not only rude but arrogant. We will never go back even though we liked the doctor. I have been taking my kids to him since they were very young and him and entire staff are absolutely wonderful!! I even started going to him

He's a good doctor what I don't like you have to pay before you see him. I have waited at times for 1 hr up to 2hrs in waiting room which was ridiculous. I would of left if you didn't have to pay first I have never been to a doctor that you have to pay first he should not be aloud to do that. I will be looking for someone else. Got kicked out of their practice for not showing up for appointments but they knew I took the bus and couldn't do 4:00 appointments. I dont have transportation to go out of town to see a Dr. I been having lots of sinus issues and need to be seen asap.

The doctor is awesome he helped me out when I was pregnant and have constant nose bleeds and migraines and he recently helped my fiance out and had an appointment scheduled for June 7th at 11am and when we went to cancel due to IBS flare up she was said she was going to charge us 35$ lmfao um go ahead it's not like we know when a flare up is going to happen..hmm let me see I'll you on a SUNDAY and tell you in advance that my fiance is gonna cancel because HE MIGHT HAVE DIARRHEA get a grip on reality idiots. Office staff moved my appointment then got annoyed with me for needing to choose a day that worked for me better. Insisted I choose a day and time, then rudely told me why each would not work. Even passed me around so I could be treated poorly by two separate receptionists. Will not be returning.

Very good experience. I have been dealing with an issue for 5 years with no answers from multiple doctors, ER visits, and 3 other ENTs. First visit he diagnosed me correctly. The staff is always very nice. They call me to see how I'm doing on new medications. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a ENT

Dr. Noronha is one of the best doctors I've seen. He listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. He's very thorough in examining and testing. I'm very happy with my service from him and his staff.

He removed my 6 year old sons adenoids. We went for the post surgical check up, he pulled scabs/clots or whatever out of his nose. It was very uncomfortable for a child and he was not very nice at all about it. He didnt talk to him or me at all because he had some medical person he brought in the room with him ( He did not introduce or ask if it was okay). Will never go back - he is an ok surgeon but needs to improve his bedside manner. Definitely wont ever go back.

You know, i’m really sad that I have to contribute to the bad reviews for this office. Doctor Noronha is a wonderful doctor, so it upsets me that his wife & others who work in the office make it a horrible place to be. Before COVID, I was in there for an appointment. When signing in, I had the woman at the front desk scream in front of everyone how much I owed. I’ve been to doctors all my life and if i’m not mistaken, that is a violation of doctor/patient confidentiality. It was rather embarrassing, especially seeing how I usually pay up front but i’m a college student so I was slightly behind. The office edited my name on the account to include how much I owed. I found this to be very disrespectful and spiteful, considering we are in a pandemic and everyone is having issues keeping up while jobless. His wife called about my appointment on 6/5. I was in a bad area, however, so I couldn’t hear what she was saying. I said “hold on I can’t hear you” and hung up. When i was back in an area with better service, I attempted to call back but no answer. I go to look at my account and i’m assuming she got mad and cancelled it on me. I did not ask for it to be canceled. I’ve had issues with her before as well when trying to get my medicine refilled. I filed for the refill on the online portal, just as the doctor told me too. I got a nasty call from her saying that I don’t need any more medicine and that I shouldn’t be asking for it. Doctor Noronha must have got with her because she immediately switched up and sent it in. If this is how she is going to continue to act, she will ruin her husband’s business and I feel badly for him. You know, i’m really sad that I have to contribute to the bad reviews for this office. Do not work here. Dr Noronha is amazing doctor but is wife is going to ruin his business. She is rude and disrespectful and treats patients like dogs and her employees dont even get me started! I worked their one month and was never treated and belittle at a job as I was this one!! She needs reported! She wouldnt let us have a break or lunch on fridays. She would say we are getting done early 10 hrs later no break or lunch we were "allowed" to leave. Not allowed to check your cell phone without permission like you are a child! He really is such a fantastic doctor. He listens to his patients, and solves the issue. I’m so glad I was referred to him. Thank you to the whole office for helping me, and being so kind. A big thank you to the dr for helping me when I was in so much pain. My ear is feeling 100% better, thank you!!

Dr Noronha himself is wonderful, however, Sylvia (the scheduler) is horribly unprofessional and talks down to people like they are children. She has no concept of understanding that people would like to be notified when surgery schedules are changed, and when confronted with an irate parent for having to deal with adjusting their schedules for a 3rd time, she talks down to them as though they are mere children themselves. Once my child's surgery is completed, I will never be back here, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the state medical board due to her complete lack of professionalism. He is amazing at what he does!

My daughter had her adenoids removed. From pre-visits to post-visits Dr. Noronha was very knowledgeable and the staff was caring and attentive. My daughter’s surgery was success.

I saw Dr. Noronha back in 2013 for a lump in my neck, I had seen other professionals prior to him on this and had been told that nothing was wrong. Dr. Noronha examined me and recommended I have a biopsy to diagnose the lumps, based on his evaluation and the biopsy, I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer which had spread into my lymph nodes and right shoulder/chest. The Cancer was also spreading to the back of my head and were if not for Dr. Noronha’s expertise, I may not have been here today. Dr. Noronha performed a thyroidectomy and radical neck dissection on me, although this is a very extensive and dangerous surgery. My results were amazing and the recovery time was speedy. At the time I was a collegiate swimmer and cause of the care and attention I received from Dr. Noronha, I was able to return to practice at full speed a few months later. Apart from Dr. Noronha, his wife Sylvia and medical team have been nothing short of excellent. Since my first visit, through my surgery and through today they have been on hand constantly and have showed true interest in my recovery and overall wellbeing. Every time I visit the office or call in, my questions and concerns are attended too with care and professionalism. They have always treated me like a member of their family rather than a customer. The months and years following my surgery, I have continued to see Dr. Noronha and his team despite moving 3 hours away from the office, this is due to their extreme professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Noronha and his team to anyone seeking medical help/advice in the ear, nose and throat department. excellent Dr. and surgeon, very detail oriented, takes care of his own patients and follows up personally. My surgery was beginning of the year and I had a call from his staff to check in with me to find out how I was doing. You are not just a number there and the Staff is very accommodating and helpful to safe you extra trips. Dr Noronha's wife Sylvia has re-scheduled my daughter's surgery two times without my knowledge! The most recent time that I discovered it was tonight when the hospital never called to confirm the time for her surgery tomorrow. I demanded to speak to the dr tonight because this appointment was just confirmed by the hospital three days ago! I received an email TODAY confirming her post-op appointment!! My daughter had bloodwork done four times, including by a hematologist to be cleared for this surgery. Sylvia called me back and the only explanation that she gave was that he wasn't doing surgery tomorrow. She was very rude and unprofessional and told me that she didn't have to give me a reason!! Really?? I took the day off work and everything for this!!! The doctor was friendly but I will never be setting foot in this office again! Sylvia is incompetent and rude!! Not helpful with my problem at all. "Live with it attitude." Friendly receptionists and the doctor is okay. Medical assistants really pissed me off last time I was there and that's why this review is here. I got an eye roll last time I walked in and I felt thatwas very unprofessional.

The office never answers their phone. They always have an answering service and that person is as rude as can be. We tried calling several times (8-9:30 am) to get our appointment time and it kept going to the answering service. The lady kept hanging up on us when we would try to ask our questions. Forget this office!
