Both of my children go here and we all love Dr. Ward and her receptionist Angie they are both great with kids and I would never go anywhere else. Yes the office is a little outdated as the other review states but I for one am more concerned about how she treats my children not the type of wallpaper hanging in her facility

If I had the choice I wouldn’t even leave a star. I’m a new mom to a 4 month old. Since my first appt with her I felt uneasy. The office is small it’s not the cleanest and very outdated medical equipment. For my sons 3 month check up I was curious if he may be teething since he is more fussy and always drooling and eating his hands, she proceeded to tell me that baby’s don’t teeth at 3 months and made me feel so uneducated I didn’t even want to come back. My son had his 4 month check up today at 10:30am at 11:00 she still hadn’t came to our room and had taken 2 patients back before us and as I sit and wait I hear another infant screaming so loud and I’m so much pain I wanted to cry as I hear her laugh and say “ I told u that u wouldn’t like this, so sorry” and the baby screams even louder. That’s was the last straw for me I walked out. Will not recommend ever. Especially for new moms with a lot of questions. And to note I’ve never see her wash her hands or use sanitizer before examining my infant. Hope this helps so no one has to experience this! Dr. Ward has rendered excellent care to my children, grandchildren, and at this time my great Grandson. He care has remained at excellent status throughout the years. Thank you Dr. Watd.
