Hours are wrong, they close at 5. Drove half an hour for nothing.

I have been seen here for several years. I scheduled an appointment today with Dr. Anderson. The lady setting up the appointment on the phone had a bad attitude, was rude, and unprofessional. Since this has been an issue in the past with some of the staff who answer the phones and take care of the front desk, I have decided it is time to find a new doctor.

We love Dr. Anderson so much that we pay out of pocket to keep him as our PCP since we are no longer in his network.

Dr Anderson is now my pcp. His nurse Traci is awesome...very caring....and can't feel when she gives an injection! Wish I would have found him and his great staff a while ago!

Dr. Anderson is now my primary care doctor. I have found him to be a caring person who takes time to listen patients and explain recommendations. Front office and entire medical staff have been a caring and compassionate, working together to make the entire experience a pleasant one.
