The doctor's and nurses are really friendly and go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Even when your an emotional wreck from a bad day and at your wits end. They show true compassion ❤️. Thank you CFP in all that you do and showing you care.

I really can't say but good things about Dr. Katz and his staff. I've only seen him once but let me tell ya i'm very observative in how i'm treated and i'm not for play play when it comes to my health and especially my pain. Dr. Katz was so gentle and caring. I mean i already had my guards up but he quickly got me to ease them down. He listens to u and he sits down and cross his legs to hear all u have to say. Like u guys are having tea. I just admire him and his bedside manners. He treated me like i was more than just a patient. Like a friend really. I recommend him to anyone especially those who are nervous about seeing Dr's. Wasted mine and everyone's time in there for the last 6-8 months. Pointless to even be open honestly... Every time I go they do nothing and tell me I need surgery... Don't waste your time

I love the friendliness of his staff from check-in to check-out. Dr. Katz listens to your issues and strives his best to make your pain subside.

The staff here is so friendly, compassionate, and they listen. I have a neck issue, and they really do try to fix what ever you have going on. Dr. Katz is the same way... he takes the time to listen and that helps the healing process. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Dr Katz and his staff are always so kind and helpful. I’ve been having injections and nerve ablations for several years now and thankfully Dr Katz has been able to help me and keep me from having surgery. I definitely recommend Dr Katz and his staff if you suffer from chronic back pain.

I have been seeing Dr Katz for about 1 1/2 years. Each time I have seen he he has proven to be extremely compassionate and caring. I have done multiple nerve blocks as well as trigger point injections. They worked with me to get to find a combination that seems to show as much as 50% relief. The only issue I have is not seeing the Dr at least every 6 months. I sometimes feel as though the PA isn’t always understanding my questions. I would feel heard and more confident with occasional conversation with Dr himself. The front and back staff are wonderful. Very sweet and caring. I would recommend The Center for Pain to everyone. Dr. Katz is a wonderful doctor. He has been taking care of me for the last 13 years. My injections last between 1 to 3 years. He treats my parents as well. He has truly changed our lives for the better.

Explained everything that was going on. Made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Katz is one of the most empathetic doctors I have ever visited. He truly understands the physical and mental pain that goes along with whatever diagnosis you have. I drive almost 3 hours to see him and would drive farther if I had to. I highly recommend his clinic!!!

Katz is the worst physician I've ever had, bar none. Short and angry, he's constantly interrupting you so he obviously isn't a great listener. DO NOT put your health in this man's hands. I was warned about him before I went but I didn't listen. I wish I had.

Dr. Brad Katz is the best. Always friendly and caring. I was referred to him over fourteen years ago by the pain clinic at UAB. He and his staff have helped me through some really bad days. Solid treatment following my four spinal surgeries.

I went to Dr Katz years ago when I was having awful neck pain. A few shots and I haven't had pain since. Now, I take my 84 year old mother who has many painful areas. Step by step we are providing her with more relief that we've had in 40+ years. You have to be wiling to trust them and communicate with them, they know what they are doing. On first visit I actually met w/Dr. Katz, after that was with a nurse practitioner who seems VERY unconcerned. Only times I actually saw the doctor was when I had procedures performed and then I felt as though I was part of an assembly line. They over schedule patients and the wait time is HORRIBLE! If I hadn't done my own research, I would have had no idea what each procedure entailed. This was at the Baptist South location, haven't been to any of the others. Ask for a different referral!

What a jerk. Totally unprofessional. This Dr has had my transferred records for a month and never reviewed them. He immediately was suspect why I drove 3 hours to see him. (I was referred to him) He never asked about my pain level. He jumped conclusions to what is wrong (4 other doctors and 14 years of treatment don't count) He told me that I was a wreck and other doctors don't want me. No one can treat me. What a jerk. Avoid like a bad cold. Keep looking. There are good doctors out there

Rude, egotistical - definite little man syndrome. Cares only for the money they gouge from your insurance. The procedures are painful and don't work.

In spite of the horrible review we read on Dr. Katz, we found him to be very receptive to our concerns and was very patient and understanding in diagnosing our pain. After he asked questions, he allowed us to ask questions. He described the symptoms and remedies very much to our satisfaction. We have great pleasure in recommending him for your pain management needs.

This guy is a HORRIBLE doctor with a gigantic ego, even for a doctor. He makes his patients wait at least an hour, sometimes two. He is also cruel and uncaring often walking away from you while you're still talking. **little man's ego** Find another doctor, DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!
