Dr.Rabon is always willing to see my babies to treat and evaluate whatever illness/issue. His wisdom and expertise shows through the immediate relief of whatever he see’s them for. The staff is outstanding and always helpful.

Dr. Rabon is a wonderful physician.

Very gentle, personable , and he listens to your concerns !!! Giving you a swift and precise prognosis , he gets you in and out !!!

I went to this establishment in January when my daughter was covered by an insurance company it was entire month on getting an appointment when I filled out all record releases and 1 month after they decided they'd accept I went with another office now that she recently has Medicaid & Assianged to them with Dr Sumners John. I was Told by a young lady that I couldn't make an appointment because they would have to approve if they want to accept you or not. My daughter is 8months old. She continued on to say just because they assianged you here doesn't mean we have to accept you & Dr Sumners John isn't accepting new patients anyway. Why would they assign a doctor of is he wasn't available. I'm a very understanding person. I find it un reasonable that I'm calling and having questions about paperwork I was sent in the mail but you have a problem professionally responding. Can't hold staff accountable because they all back each other up. I have it in words if I want to keep them I don't have to do anything. Your kind of business should just say no we aren't accepting any Medicaid or new patients my kids don't have time to be given the run around about being cared for when need be. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the staff are unfriendly and it’s hard to make an appointment with them. One time a had my baby with a lot of temperature and they didn’t want to check her ,the front staff told to come back the next day in the afternoon she was like out of humor. The most amazing pediatrician. I got him because he was the only one that said he could take us immediately after we left the hospital. It son ended up having a lot of health issues and is disabled. Dr. Rabon has been on top of it since day one. My son is now eight.
