Dr. Williams was the 3rd doctor I have seen for a bad knee. I found him to be personable, sometimes a little short with his comments- but afterall he is a surgeon and not a GP. He took his time, explained the intended proceedure and made me feel completely at ease. I have talked with several people who have had total knee replacements by Dr. Williams and they had nothing but good things to say about their experience. His office staff is just the best! My wait time for an appointment was less then 10 days, for a new patient in Prescott, that's incredible. His staff is professional and caring, especially his surgery coordinator Loundon and his insurance/billing gal Erica. Wonderful people. I am looking forward to a good outcome with my knee replacement next month.

My first review was not accepted so I will choose my words carefully. This doctor was extremely unprofessional in my pre-surgery appointment, so much so that I canceled and found a NICE surgeon. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The worst. This doctor was so rude, arrogant and unprofessional that I cancelled my surgery the day before it was to have been done. I have since found a surgeon that I trust and admire very much. The staff at Dr Williams’ office were very friendly professional.

Dr. Bradley Williams is awesome. He did my surgery when I tore my meniscus on 3/29/22. I was in and out so fast. I remember one of the nurse putting anesthesia over my nose at 2pm and then I woke up at 2:53pm. Doctor said it was only going to take 30 minutes and it sure did. He also did 2 cuts as oppose to 3 cuts. When I had my surgery on my left knee the surgeon in CA did three cuts and it was about a month recovery. Seems like Dr. Williams healed a lot quicker. Today 4/13/22 I have my post surgery to remove the ity bitty stitch. He treated my husband as well after he had his titanium knee replacement surgery on his left knee in CA and he really like the way he treated his knee. We highly reccomend him and he is also very personable. Thank you Dr. Williams I am very greatful that I no longer have knee pains on my right knee, we appreciate you very much. God Bless! Exceptional Surgeon! I saw 2 other specialists before going to Dr Williams. He was also very highly recommended by two friends on whom he had performed shoulder surgeries. I had initially torn my rotator cuff about 30 years ago, but was unwilling to go under the knife based on the procedure performed at that time. I did a lot of PT & learned to live with the pain & certain limitations. In recent years the pain was getting much worse & the limitations were growing as well. Dr WIlliams was the only 1 of the specialists that focused on a bone spur that was crushing & severing my rotator cuff. I went into surgery with the expectation of having the bone spur removed & having the tear(s) in my rotator cuff repaired and going home in a sling that would greatly limit what I could do for some weeks. Dr Williams also suggested that I not get a nerve block which proved to be excellent advice. When I came to, I was not in a sling & was informed that Dr WIlliams had removed the bone spur & had not stitched up the rotator cuff. At my post-op visit the next day, he explained the the bone spur was doing extensive damage to my rotator cuff & appeared to be the cause of most of my pain. He could have stitched up the rotator cuff & made a lot more money, but he didn't think that was necessary for my circumstances. Dr Williams saved me a lot of pain, a much longer recovery time, & he saved my insurer a good deal of money. I stopped taking pain meds 12 hrs after the procedure & I can't take ibuprofen, so that was awesome. It's been 4 weeks & I am well through my recovery. If you want an exceptionally good shoulder & knee specialist who will do what is best for you, look no further. Exceptional Surgeon! I saw 2 other specialists before going to Dr Williams. Totally rude and wants all patients to do surgery. He claims he has a secret for doing knees but if I had to depend on his lies I would to go Flagstaff before I did anything with him. The other Dr.s in the practice are not doing his new surgery . He is alittle weird and self-destructive, Beware!! I"m glad I listened to some of his patients, in the waiting room.

I leave this review as a spouse of a patient. My husband has had three knee surgeries performed by Dr. Williams. First, a torn meniscus followed by a partial knee replacement 19 months later. Nine months later, a total knee replacement on the other knee. Three knee surgeries in two years?! Is my husband doing too much too soon? Re-injuring himself? Is there something wrong with the surgery? I believe that my husband is doing too much too soon. Today, my husband was told by Dr. Williams that I am holding him back in his recovery and that he, my husband, should listen to him, Dr. Williams, not me. His total knee replacement on his right knee was four weeks ago, he is taking oxycodone and has significant swelling. Should my husband be driving while taking oxycodone or be climbing a ladder to change bird feeders - not in my opinion. Dr. Williams answer was that other patients are doing much more this far into their recovery and that I should not hold him back. My opinion doesn't matter.

I was referred to Dr. Williams by the VA for a broken shoulder I got in a motorcycle accident. My leg was also injured and as a courtesy he took a look at my ankle. He told me to get to the emergency dept. as soon as possible. He probably saved my leg because my ankle was infected and needed immediate attention. I can't thank him enough for taking the extra time with me. He is a great guy, easy to talk to and I would recommend him to anyone seeking an honest and professional orthopedic physician. Thanks, Ron

My 95 years old mother fractured her wrist in a fall. Dr. Williams did a wonderful job repairing the damage. He was a bit reluctant, when he first saw her, because of her age to do surgery. However, proceeded with at our urging. One would never know she had the wrist repaired. It looks marvelous and mother has no pain in the wrist.

Dr. Williams repaired my right Rotator Cuff in 2015 at the Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood, AZ . It was a massive injury, and ironically, the same injury I had repaired in 1997. My Superspinatus (sp?) Tendon was torn off and -as I recall - my Biceps Tendon was hanging on by a thread. Dr. Williams did a marvelous job repairing the damage and also thoroughly debrided(sp?) the area around my Rotator Cuff as well. Three weeks following surgery, I had an office visit with Dr. Williams. In order to check my range of motion, He asked me to raise my right arm as far as I could. When I raised my arm straight up over my head, straight out and straight back, He got this horrified look on his face and told me to stop. When I asked him what was wrong, he chuckled and said while he appreciated my enthusiasm, he didn't want me "screwing up his work." The Therapists at the rehab facility were amazed with my range of motion as well. They gave me some stretching exercises to do at home and told me not to come back for three weeks. Rotator Cuff Rehab normally takes six to seven months. I was released after four. Am I an outlier? I don't know, but I also recall that Dr. Williams was developing a new technique with respect to addressing Rotator Cuff injuries. In 1997, I'd had both Rotator Cuffs repaired before this incident and couldn't lift either of my arms past shoulder level for eight weeks, so I know what I'm talking about. Thanks again, Doc! You did a hell of job! Sincerely, Jim Estes

My visit with Dr. Williams was nothing short of life changing. After a year and a half of hearing there was nothing wrong with my shoulder, he provided me with an actual diagnosis and better yet, he listened to me. He asked for my opinion as to what the problem was and even though I was wrong, he really paid attention to what I was saying which I’ve found is very rare for most physicians these days. While my issue has not resolved completely, I feel I’ve found someone I can trust to follow through. Highly recommend. Side note: everyone I encountered in the office was phenomenal.

My husband has had two rotator cuff surgeries done with Dr. Williams (he's had a total of 5) in the past six months - no other surgeon would do one of his shoulders. Dr. Williams is extremely skilled - his confidence assured us of successful outcomes. The results have been amazing! Thank you, Dr. Williams!

Dr. Williams is nothing short of amazing. I've seen many doctors prior and was jaded, to say the least, certain I’d never play drums again after having to quit due to serious pain and movement problems. I didn't think my shoulder issues would ever be diagnosed, let alone fixed, but Dr. Williams changed all that. Not only was he courteous and professional, he knew what surgery I needed and successfully found and fixed a very rare and unique problem. I now have a whole different outlook on life.

I saw Dr Williams with shoulder/arm pain. I was referred to him by my internist. He spent time with me asking questions & actually listening to me! I ended up getting two injections. I am out of pain & very appreciative to have found Dr Williams. He is a wonderful breath of fresh air!

I saw Dr. Williams for hand pain and numbness due to osteoarthritis. He gave me a cortisone injection in my right wrist and I felt great relief almost immediately. It has been 2 weeks since my injection and I have much improved mobility and no numbness. The pain I felt is all but gone.

I am recently retired from a long career in the medical field. As well, I recently injured my shoulder. I just knew I needed surgery. Because of Dr. Williams stellar reputation as an orthopedic surgeon I chose to see him. In no time, he had my shoulder feeling like new again and we avoided surgery. Dr. Williams bedside manner is very personable, warm and friendly. He really tries to get to know you. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, he’s the only orthopedic surgeon I’d go!

He is a superior surgeon. He has performed two surgeries on my left and right shoulders respectively. I have known him for over 10 years. Dr. Williams is a well-known familiar face at local adult and youth Karate and Kick Boxing events, as well as many similar other competitive events in the Verde Valley. Usually his wife and family accompany him. He makes the well needed determination when a contestant is injured, if they can continue safely. He does evaluations of injuries free of charge. A+
