Dr. Bradly Shane Holland

I have a terminal illness and sadly need the ER sporadicly. I cry when he is on duty. He is so rude! He is uncaring, degrading, and humiliating. If I had not seen him three times over a two year span I could have at least thought he was having a bad day! Have started going to a different location to avoid this man! Sadly his location in but a few steps away.

Met Dr Holland during my trip to the ER last night. He was terrific, showed concern for me, was very knowledgeable, was very considerate, made me feel at ease and he made me smile. He took his time with me and made sure I was aware of what was going on with my health. His "bedside manner" was A+. Thank you, Dr. Holland, for making my unpleasant experience not so bad. Your heartsweet demeanor is very much appreciated.?? Nurse, Kayla in ER, was great too!
