Very disappointed with the service I received. I came in with a slight shoulder injury. I told Dr. Cincere I was just being cautious and wanted to make sure I didn't do any chronic damage. I even told him I wasn't sure I should even be in there. I met with Dr. Cincere for <10 minutes. He sent me for one round of x-rays. Reviewed the x-rays and then set me back for another round of X-rays. He said everything looks fine, it was probably a Grade 1 sprain of the AC joint, and I'm free to use it as normal. I received the bill and I was charged for multiple trips to get x-rays, 60-75 minutes of his time, and it was a case that required special attention. Accidentally found Dr. Cincere while seeking help with torn hamstrings. Injury required surgical reattachment . The results were successful. I have since gone to Dr.Cicere for torn rotator cuffs. What I appreciate most is his ability to communicate options with clarity. In addition he knows his limitations and will refer to another surgeon if necessary. I trust his advice. . I went to Cincere as a referral from another orthopedic surgeon since Cincere does scope surgery. He’s ok but kinda arrogant and blunt. His office staff, one woman in particular, are the rudest I have ever dealt with. I called the office to see if they got the referral from the other MD office. The woman I spoke with was so unbelievably rude, kept talking over me and ignoring me while I was trying to speak, and at one point, she started talking sarcastically slow to me and in a VERY condescending tone. I finally raised my voice and said, “ma’am you don’t need to talk to me like I’m stupid!” I was livid and nearly didn’t even go to this place for the appointment. Another woman I spoke with on the phone was also rude. Upon waking in the door for my first, and only, appointment, the front desk lady was also a bit rude. It’s almost like the whole vibe in this place in negative. I don’t know if they’re all unhappy working there or what but Cincere’s staff makes this office look very bad. Very dissatisfied! Not a very caring or concerned staff, including the physician.

Amazing doctor and staff. I've dealt with hip pain for years with other doctors referring me here and there. Finally found out that I needed surgery. So thankful for my Dr. Brandon Cincere.

Not a very caring or concerned staff or physician! They feel their time is more important than a patient's. I arrived on time for my appointment and they did not have time to see me. The doctor was running behind!

Dr. Cincere repaired both of my ruptured quad tendons. I was very pleased with the results. He listened to what I said and was available post surgery.

Dr. Cincere is an awesome physician. I wouldn't trade him for nothing. He is the best at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful orthopedic surgeon, he repaired a rotator cuff and did an awesome job, I am so happy with his work and highly recommend him. I have no regrets thank you Dr. Cincere for everything.

Dr. Cincere is a very good surgeon and knows his stuff! He has done surgery on hip and is treating for my shoulder. I wouldn't think of seeing another physician.

This place is a joke and filled with liars! I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. You can't even voice your opinion without them threatening not to see you again. When someone is truly in pain it's frustrating and anger comes along with the frustration. If you can't stand the heat. Then maybe you shouldn't be in that profession. Y'all are good at threatening people with you can't come back when we get upset at the fact that you're not doing your job! Your oath is to help people that are injured. Not to minimize what you think our injury and our pain is. There are plenty of doctors out there that do truly care. This place just isn't one of them. Gfys Dr.Cincere and your p.o.s office workers! I had shoulder pain for nine months and went to another orthopedic surgeon who didn’t diagnose my rotator cuff tendinitis even with an arthroscopic MRI, which resulted in my shoulder getting worse. Dr. Cincere quickly diagnosed my issue when I saw him, and he helped me understand the nature of the issue. It made all of my symptoms make sense, and he gave me appropriate treatment immediately. I highly recommend him.

Woul not suggest him unless you have no insurance or financial limitations.

Just awesome. Dr. Cincere did surgery on my right knee. A knee that I have barely been able to walk on. The pain was just terrible. With in 6 weeks of my surgery date, I feel as if I am ready to run. Thank you so much

Dr. Cincere is very knowledgeable about hip arthroscopy and I would recommend anyone that is considering having surgery for a Labrum tear or FAI to use his practice. He is courteous and listens to his patients.
