I recently had a breast lift and augmentation. I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Chase was wonderful and the staff is great too. Pain after surgery was minimal. The worst part of the entire process was not getting to drink my coffee the morning of the surgery! If you are on the fence and trying to decide what to do, you should definitely go talk to Dr. Chase!

I had a breast reduction last month and my breasts turned out beautifully and at 61, that's a lot to say. Unfortunately I had a little complication on one of my breasts from diminished blood flow to that area which has nothing to do with the Dr's performance of the surgery, it's my body. I am thankful he is seeing me every 2 weeks and will continue to do so until it is healed. As a nurse I understand the process of wound healing. He is an excellent plastic surgeon and I have seen his amazing work in other people I know. His staff has been nothing but kind and attentive since day 1. Thank you Dr Chase and staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am not one to EVER write reviews, literally ever. So for me to even take time to do this says ALOT. I recently had a breast lift/augmentation 7/2021. I had some excessive bleeding during my surgery, and for some reason drains were not put in to help prevent further complications. (This is pretty standard and most Drs put in wound drains after this particular surgery) Anyways, three days after my surgery, I wake up with my implant up in my shoulder due to a large active bleed (hematoma) under my implant pushing it out of the socket. I contacted this office, sent a pic, was informed this was normal and it was ok. I ended up going to Memorial hospital being informed of the hematoma. I called Chase office and was then added to schedule after being told numerous times "I was fine and not to worry". They schedule me for a repeat surgery the next morning. I have the hematoma removed, and then two weeks later, develop blood clots in both lungs and was hospitalized AGAIN. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME was i called by Dr chase, or a nurse to ask how i was doing, or if i was ok. NEVER. I had to call the office every single time for a problem. THis surgery cost me almost 9 thousand dollars, and Ive never once been offered any type of refund for all the issues I had. Had he put the surgery drains in at the initial surgery, none of this would have ever happened. What was supposed to be a 1 week recovery took me a month. A month out of work, with no income. I still have yet to ever be called by the office and havent laid eyes on Dr chase since the surgery. He had his NP see me for every follow up. This office is a joke, period. It was so disappointing bc i saved money and worked so hard for this, only to be so disappointed. Please, PLease, go elsewhere for this surgery. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve had an appointment for months. They called me an hour before and stated the doctor was no longer interested in this type of surgery and wanted to focus on breast implants. Very unprofessional and upsetting with no notice. Especially when it’s a procedure you have wanted your entire life.

I was so nervous and had a ton of anxiety but Dr. Chase and his staff were amazing. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome practice that was supportive every step of the way.

I used Chris Chase as my doctor for a surgery I wanted to have. He did an amazing job I would highly recommend him.

Dr Chase’s reputation as an excellent surgeon is well deserved. From the first consultation to the final post-op, Dr Chase’s surgical skills, his God given artistic ability, his dedication to his patients and the care and attention he and his staff give to each individual is nothing short of remarkable. I do not recommend Dr. Chase first he over charges for his services. I had been going to him from a recommendation from someone I really did not know which I should had shopped around. Dr. Chase was to perform Co2 laser on my face at which I was charged for the service. On my post op visit he had specifically told me he did not perform the Co2 laser at which I ask what did you use on my face ...no answer. I asked several times and still no answer. His refusal to answer my questions were unprofessional and deceptive to say the least. I complained about this on several visits even filled out the questionnaire form stating I would the service I paid for on my last visit when I brought it up again to the nurse she looked at me and looked in my file and said, well it says right here he performed the Co2 laser and she walked away then comes Dr. Chase stating to me he performed the Co2 laser . I was in shock that a doctor could be this deceptive and to have his staff back him up.He charged me $3200 for something he did NOT do and to find out later through another plastic surgeon that Co2 lasers are only performed in the hospital because that is where the machines are they are not performed in a doctor’s office. Dr. Chase performed a fat transfer which was uneven on one side of my face I had to spend over $4000 to have it corrected. He attempted to correct a mouth deformity at least 3 times at NO success, I paid to have lip implants removed he only removed one on one side of my mouth. I had to go to another surgeon to have this corrected. He charged me for General Anesthesia $1500.00 only to get to his off for a IV sedation. This is the worst experience I ever had with a physician my trust with doctors no longer exists. I’m very hesitant and doubtful when it comes to what they say and what they claim they do. In my opinion Dr. Chase is a very deceptive physician just be very careful that’s all I have to say. I do not recommend Dr. Chase first he over charges for his services. If you are even considering plastic surgery, elective or medically necessary, DR CHASE IS THE BEST! He and his staff really listen and care. He reshaped the breasts I have always been embarrassed by, and gave me the most BEAUTIFUL BREASTS! I researched SO many doctors, before and after pics and reviews. I had a better outcome than ANY picture I've EVER seen before. If your nervous, don't be. You won't be disappointed! He is the best plastic surgeon around. He was top of his class in medical school, had his choice of residendy programs including Mayo Clinic, and is an incredible artist. He has transformed my face and my before/after pictures are amazing. He is the doc all of us nurses at Parkridge go to because he is the top rated doc between health care professionals....and we know the best. All of friends have had tummy tucks and breast surgeries...I was more concerned about aging. Now they are all dying for face lifts. I shout out to a gifted, caring, surgeon that gets outstanding results because he cares, is talented, and pays attention. Angel on Earth. Also is willing to come to hospital to see uninsured patients - usually children who have had their faces bitten by dog, and he fixes them without a scar left!!!

Dr. Chase and his staff are the best. They took the time to explain the procedure from start to finish - and made sure all questions were answered. Dr. Chase exceeded expectations - would recommend without hesitation!

Breast lift. Tummy tuck Very thorough. Answered all of my questions. Listened to all of my concerns. Spent as much time with me in the consultation, pre-op, and post op visits that I needed. Very pleased with the results

I had a face lift 9/13/19. I feel uncomfortable going to the mailbox. I’m embarrassed by the hair loss .....a result of the surgery and as of yet I see no signs of it growing back. ......... This was my second facelift but unlike before when I felt so pretty and ‘danced every dance’ I am hiding behind wigs and hats. ....... I was not told that hair loss was a possibility after a face lift or I would have never spent $16,000 only to be so unhappy.

Not honest about procedures was told I was having C02 Skin laser surgery with face lift. The only place they do Co2 laser is in the hospitals that’s where the machines are located. I was charged for General anesthesia $1550.00 only to arrive the day of surgery at his office to have a CNA provide propofol. Dr. Chases prices are outrageous!! $3800.00 for Co2 skin facial laser I never received because it’s impossible for him to perform he doesn’t have the machine, over charged for anesthesia I did NOT receive, the fat transfer to my face completely uneven! I had to go to another doctor to have corrected. The lip repair was operated on 3 times and never done right. People pay attention and beware and please check around before you go to this doctor. I plan on filing a complaint with the medical board.

Dr. Chase is a professional plastic surgeon with an eye for beauty. He not only has bedside manors, he is a true surgical artist. I’ve been to him twice and have referred 10+ friends to him (who feel the same) and will always be willing to refer more friends of whom are interested in plastic surgery. Dr. Chase is a miracle worker. After 130 lb weight loss, I needed a complete overhaul. He made me mentally and physically look and feel so much better. He removed all the hanging abdominal skin that was dying and those dreaded “bat wings”. Staff is wonderful too. My forever “Thanks” to all!

Dr Chase is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He preformed a breast lift removed my old implants and replaced them with smaller ones. Dr Chase did and excellent job, to perfection. I am so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr Chase. I have been to other plastic surgeons and he rates beyond the top.
