He is the best. He listens. I know he's really busy at times, but he takes the time to hear my concerns. He's great!!!!

Listen to my concerns with Graves’ disease and had to operate on my eyes. Wow, what a difference!! I am so grateful for him and his expertise and that he was able to help me!! A definite blessing and I absolutely definitely recommend him!!

Dr. Claire and everyone at The Eye Institute of West Florida were extremely helpful, answering any and all questions I had before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Claire and the supporting staff if you’re considering surgery.

Very happy with this physician, he was very thorough, patient and kind.

Minimal waiting. I was seen right on time for my appointment! Friendly and professional staff! Dr. Claire was personable and professional. Taking care to ensure I was kept informed and comfortable through testing and my procedure. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend the Eye Institute of West Florida for excellent eye care!

Final check up post op eye surgery. Fantastic doctor and staff. Solved my eye issues and I no longer have any discomfort. Remarkable!

When I desperately needed help to fix my right lower floor fracture he operated on me and did a wonderful job. The follow up visits were very professional. I was discharged from his care today. If I have any more questions to follow-up he said he would be always available to me. Thank you Dr Clair

Dr. Clair was professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him. I especially appreciated the coastal and beach scenes that were on the tv in the waiting room. This is a wonderful break from the educational and downright boring messages in other doctor's waiting rooms. Very relaxing to the patient.

Dr. Clair is very professional, providing a though exam and consultation. He is very easy to understand and takes the time needed to communicate. The office staff was very helpful and professional. I am very glad I was referred to him.

The wait time to see the doctor was a little long. His assistant was very pleasant with great communication skills. Dr. Clair took time to explain his findings, listened to my concerns, and gave clear instructions to begin my own personal treatment regimen.

Staff was good. Dr was excellent. But wait time was horrible. Over 1.20 hrs. Recommend staff for the Dr be pro active and come out to acknowledge the long wait. There were several patients saying they will not come back.

I believe Dr. Clair cares about my health and wants me to have my health monitored better than I have.

I am delighted with the results of my recent eyelid and brow lift surgery which was performed for me by Dr. Clair. It has made such a difference to my vision and also I am thoroughly enjoying my new more youthful look. Dr. Clair made me feel both confident and extremely comfortable throughout pre-surgery, surgery and post surgery appointments and I cannot thank him enough for his perfect work. I absolutely love my new face! I would also like to add that the Eye Institute of West Florida has been my only place to go for many years. Dr. Rob Weinstock did cataract surgery on me in 2008 and expertly gave me back my 2020 vision. I was thrilled then and I am again now with their care. All the staff at the Institute are remarkable. Everyone throughout your visit treats you with courtesy, friendliness and respect. Thank you everyone at the Institute for another excellent experience and for making my life a healthier, happier and brighter place.

My husband has had trouble with his eye since last summer. It was finally nice to find someone that an give us some answers!!

Very personable, easy to talk to, good communicator- good time management - felt confident in his diagnosis and agree on follow up bloodwork to rule out any significant issues that may not have been obvious during the exam. (The 2 girls were good also)

This rating is based on my first visit only, but I found Dr, Clair to be very caring, listened to me well and never made me feel he was in a hurry. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, what tests he was ordering, and why. His nurse and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent professional and staff. Dr. Clair took the time to explain everything in detail and to answer all questions. It was a pleasure to make his acquaintance.

My visit with this Dr. was unprofessional. He specializes in neurology but didn't know what an aura before a seizure is, he questioned the fact that I had seizures. When they are very much real and being treated by my neurologist. I'm not sure what I got out of my appointment besides bullied and chewed out. He would ask a question and interrupt me so much I couldn't even answer his question to explain why condition. He treated me like an incapable, stupid woman. NO person should be treated that way , patients should be treated with dignity and respect. Under no circumstance should people see this "doctor". He is a black mark on the reputation of the Eye Institute of Florida.

Very efficient office. I didn't wait long for Dr Clair but others complained about a wait. Everyone in office was very friendly.

HAD A WONDERFUL VISIT. VERY PERSONABLE,CAPABLE/UNDERSTANDING AND IMPRESSIVE. FORTUNATE I WAS ABLE TO SEE HIM.

Dr. Clair did a fine job in performing my mother's eyelid surgery. Great care and bedside manner.

Dr. Diakonis was thorough in my examination and preformed an unscheduled procedure that greatly increased my eye comfort

Very knowledgeable and great chair-side manor.

Have been a patient of this Institute for nearly 15 years, but first time to see Dr. Rathi. Like Dr. Hairston, Dr. Rathi is kind, informative, knowledgeable and personable. The staff from the front desk, to the technicians who gave various tests to the pre-exams were very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this Eye Institute.
