Samuel Gubernick

Dr David Gubernick evaluated our son for eczema and we really appreciated how calm his demeanor was, and how he did not seem to be in a rush. He came in without the computer in his face and actually listened to what was happening, asked appropriate questions, and then took the time to go over the plan of care thoroughly. You just get that feeling when you’re in the presence of a a mediocre doctor vs a highly trained, knowledgeable, and caring physician and he was definitely the latter. He also made our son feel comfortable, which is not always easy at his age. We appreciated the visit and will go back and highly recommend as well. We did not see Samuel Gubernick but there is no option to give a review for David.

Liked Dr. Gubernick. However, I was unexpectedly asked to not ever come back by letter. Dr. Gubernick told me to return when I needed, however, his office staff told me not to because I hadn't come back yet. Dr. Gubernick and his office staff need to communicate better. All bills paid. Received a letter, and called, I am not allowed to come back. They were paid. Dr. Gubernick told me to return when I needed. Office staff said they sent a letter, and since I didn't make an appt., they don't want me to ever return. I've never been kicked out of a doctor's office before. Plus, they received payment. Dr. Gubernick was very kind and treated me well. However, he said one thing and his office staff said another and kicked me out. There are other doctors, however, maybe they should communicate better. Will miss Dr. Gubernick and won't refer him anymore. The office staff should be more kind and tolerant. They were not.

Dr. Gubernick is wonderful. However, his office staff sent me a letter informing me to not come back, when Dr. Gubernick told me to return when I needed to. They were not kind or tolerant when I called. All bills were paid. Dr. Gubernick and his staff do not communicate well. Dr. Gubernick and I had a good visit and I liked him as a physician. Will not recommend him anymore. Sad because I thought he himself was very educated and kind.

Our son went here for years! Great office great Dr! Cindy is the BEST!!!! ???? they are great with kids.

Great physician with an incredible depth of knowledge in his field. He treats my whole family. Very personable and wonderful with children.

My daughter has been going to him for years. He is the most kindest, caring, and helpful Dr. Thank you for always taking amazing care of my daughter.

I am grateful. 10 ⭐️s. Both my sons were referred from St. Pete pediatrics due to antibiotic allergy, to dr Gubernicks office. He is a genius! He was a former pharmacist and only pediatric allergists in this area. A professional and is invested in the lives of his patients and caregivers. He is smart , inspiring and we are honored to be in his care. My son had a fear of needles and he wrote for him to receive a script for numbing gel to prep for his allergy test. He is spot on for knowing my sons allergy quirks (salmon ????) and is funny. His staff calls to remind me days ahead of appointments {My phone broke & I wasn’t able to transfer contacts and appointments from old phone to new phone and was reminded a week in advance of appointment)} and always receptive on the phone. Thank you Dr. gubernick for being available in this region of the county. A convenience to serve your patients. I am grateful. 10 ⭐️s. LOVE Dr. Gubernick and staff!!

Love this office!!!! The entire staff is excellent, they take the time to make sure you understand the treatment. We have been going here on and off for about 10 years. Thank you for taking such good care of my son :)

Dr. Gubernick, Ms. Cindy, and the entire staff are amazing! If I could give more then 5 stars I would. They are quick to answer questions and address any concerns I have. Using them for year and half and happy with everything they do.

Doesn't even qualify for 1 star. Didn't actually get to see the doctor, so I can't say weather he was good or not. But the staff was extremely rude. If it was towards me I would have shrugged it off. But this appointment was for my child, which infuriates me. Disgusting!

Dr. Gubernick is the best doctor I have ever had. I am 38 with severe allergies and asthma. I have seen specialists my entire life to assist in managing my chronic conditions and never found true relief and a plan for care until I met Dr. Gubernick. He is compassionate, never makes your concerns feel trivial, and spends time educating patients on their conditions and treatment options. I also trust him with my daughter's care and have referred half a dozen friends. They all agree he is the best!

If you want to see a phenomenal allergist please don't see Dr. Gubernick. His methods are crude and employs scare tactics in order to compel you to take his advice without question. His staff is inefficient and unprofessional. And the cost of his lab work will astound you.

What happened at this office was not ok. Its been months and still hard to process. I was tested as a child for allergies and it was a painful experience. Nothing like this. My 7 yr old has never even flinched at a needle. Its hard to talk about but I will just state the 4 people holding her down screaming, 40 shots where they put the viles in front of her going one by one... the nurses disgusting approach... and mostly them trying to use scare tactics to inject her with a very controversial vac

This review is a mixed bag. My 5 year old daughter was recently referred to this office for her allergies & eczema. I want to say first, that I really like the doctor. He is friendly and competent, and I am happy with the treatment my daughter has received. Now for the negative, the waiting room. My daughter must receive allergy shots. This means that once a week, I have to take her, along with my 2.5 year old, to their office for shots and wait thirty minutes in their waiting room each time per their shot policy. This is considered a family practice, specializing in pediatrics. The waiting room is NOT family friendly. While I can understand the choice not to provide toys or books for the kids, I can not understand why there is not a television or even music. The waiting room is just a boring room with nothing for the kids to do while they wait 30 minutes each week. I bring a bag from home with books, and games, and lollipops. I was told today that lollipops violate their no eating or drinking in the lobby policy. WHAT?! I wish this practice had taken the extra effort to design a more child friendly atmosphere. Shots are scary, and my daughter doesn't like them, so I promise a lollipop as a reward, and now I can't even do to that. This review is a mixed bag. Excellent care by extremely professional staff. Front desk staff Carol was especially helpful . This doctor and his staff really were a breath of fresh air in today's usually not personal or helpful atmosphere. I recommend this group highly!

Dr Gubernick is as friendly as he is experienced. I can tell he is invested in his patients' well-being, and I highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for relief from their allergy symptoms. He also knows specialists in the area and will tell you who is best for procedures such as vocal cord scoping, etc. His staff are also all very friendly!
