Great experience all around.

I've been using Dr. Walters for a few years now. I have been very impressed by his demeanor in the exam room. He is quite unassuming, and he does a really good job of listening to my questions. When answering questions he is very eager to share his knowledge of what is going on and how things work, even outside the original purpose of a visit. I have had a couple of questions where I have tried to corner him into answering things that I know professionally they'd prefer not to (like giving me rates of risks for things that I worry about coming up like cataracts, etc.), but he is very good natured and puts me at ease even when he can't commit on an answer. He is especially good about tailoring things to my needs. If a prescription needs a slight adjustment, even after he has written it, he is happy to accommodate when appropriate. He has suggested a few options to try to deal with some minor issues that I wouldn't have even considered without his suggestions. He's damn good.
