After being diagnosed by MD Lippe with Crohns Disease he wanted to prescribe me steroids. Because my symptoms were mild I've told him that I will try diet, before commiting to lifetime of medication and to my surprise my symptoms subsided. When I explained to him what happened and that it was due to lifestile changes including severe diet, his response was that I dont have to take pills if I dont want to eat anything. He then send me for xrays of my abdomen which did not show anything. Lesson learned: healthy diet and lifestyle is bad for business.
