Best dentist in Rochester! Had them for 6 years. Very empathetic and professional team. Place looks immaculate inside.

I called the office as I was having significant pain. They worked me in as soon as they could and then made the required referral for the fastest care I could get to relieve my pain and resolve the issue. Dr.Ruchlin and his staff were caring and responsive beyond compare. As always, Thank you!

This was my first appointment. I was referred from Dr. Fred Blum to Dr. Ruchlin as I can no longer climb stairs to Dr. Blum's office. Rita, the Dental Hygienist, was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Dr. Ruchlin met with me after she was finished and examined my mouth and teeth. He was also pleasant.

Had cleaning yesterday. Friendly and through team. Used to hate going to the dentist, but not anymore.

I didn't choose Dr. Ruchlin, I inherited him when my previous dentist retired. I couldn't be more pleased! He and his staff are attentive and help ease the anxiety I have always had (and which got worse since COVID). I am a "hand tools only" girl and the staff are ready for me and make sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend him and his crew!

Had my first visit today with Dr. Ruchlin’s office. Not only did they get me in the day after I called for a cleaning they were super quick and easy to book on the phone! Everyone from the front end staff to my hygienist Kim, the assistant and Dr. Ruchlin himself were super kind, knowledgeable and made you feel welcomed and comfortable with every step of the process! I haven’t had the best experiences at other practices but I highly recommend Dr. Ruchlin’s office!

I’ve been going to Doctor Stephen Ruchlin for last 4 years, I was always happy with the care and service I get here. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had, his attention to details has always left me impressed. Would highly recommend doctor Ruchlin if you have any dental problems.

I had a long-standing cracked tooth that was filled over 25 years ago to keep it together. The filling failed and Dr, Ruchlin and his assistant worked with state-of-the-art computer programs and skill to remove it and replace it with a temporary crown that looks much better than the tooth looked and better than another crown I have from a different dentist.

My family has been cared for by Dr. Ruchlin and his staff for more than 20 years. We would not go anywhere else. Our adult daughter drives 1 ½ hours from her home in a nearby city, after an unfortunate experience there, for her dental care w Dr. Ruchlin.

The moment I walked into Dr. Ruchlin's practice 22 years ago, I knew I was in the right place: there was and still is today a friendly, confident spirit--lots of smiles, most importantly, each provider works cooperatively and painlessly with one another! Make an appt with Dr. Ruchlin for expert, painless professional dentistry using the latest equipment. Once again I left the office today after a pain-free large filling. I relaxed without a care in the world while Dr. Ruchlin, assisted by Karen & Brenda, worked methodically to complete the work. Today, Feb. 10, 2022, Dr. Ruchlin told me my teeth are in much better condition than they were when I became one of his first patients--over 22 years ago! Today, May 12, 2022, Dr. Ruchlin gave me 5 stars for home care. Hygienist Karen took extra patience cleaning my teeth with new tools. She said, Barbara, you need to keep your teeth! Today I was in to see Dr. Ruchlin and his great staff to remove my back molar tooth that had, had a gold crown. This crown from decades ago had fallen off months before from the decay being so severe under it. It took some of the tooth with it, leaving a large around base without any height to grab onto! The Dr. Had to cut the tooth in 1/4's to have something to grab. I'm not one for pain at all. The Dr. Numbed me up so well that I felt very little. He did a stellar job going slowly, using his patience and finesse to get it all out. He was so thorough all the way. Another successful visit to Dr. Ruchlin and staff, who all make you feel like family! I highly recommend him for any dental need. Everyone here is very helpful and pleasant. I feel comfortable and confident going to the dentist now.

Always have had the best experience. I have referred family and friends, they have always felt the same. I loved my new hygienist at my last visit.

My experience at Dr. Ruchlin's office was good. He is very careful and thorough and takes time to explain things. His staff is also very good and pleasant. I am a long-time patient and very satisfied with the care I receive here.

I like Dr. Ruchlin because he's very calm, professional and only recommends what is needed, unlike another practice I'd tried that focused too much on "upselling" their services. Their new Hygienist, Julianna, is quite good, too!

My wife and I have been with Dr Ruchlin's dental office for about 18 years now . . . Admittedly, most people, self included, don't really know what they're getting when they walk into a dental office .... That said, each year it becomes more obvious how lucky I got when I stumbled into his office and came under his care. Each year I can't thank this wonderful gentleman enough for his dedication to professional dentistry. There are few times in my life when I looked into a mirror and felt confident about my teeth. Dr Ruchlin changed that! There is no dollar amount nor degree of thankfulness that I can attach to the benefits I received from his decades of compounded experience. His dedication to dentistry, his commitment to excellence and his passionate pursuit to improve the lives of others is readily apparent in the results of each visit. 5/5 stars. This is a low pressure, brass tacks dentistry business. They don't try to sell you on anything. You go for a cleaning and you get a cleaning; there is no upsell. Dr. Ruchlin and Karen are always gentle and do a good job.

Prompted by my wife, who extols this dentist's work, I sought his assistance to obtain a second opinion on work proposed by my dentist. I was sufficiently impressed with the care and the plan, that I proceded to utilize him for the actual work. With absolutely NO regrets. Excellent workmanship, "bedside" manner, and a truly professional staff.

Heard my concerns. Fit me into schedule right away. Kind, friendly atmosphere. Recommend very highly!!!

Always a great experience at Dr. Ruchlin's office. He has all the latest in dental technology and methods for making my teeth look perfect - crowns, fillings, and other cosmetic treatments. The staff is very personable and there's a family-like environment in the office. Karen is a great hygienist. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for a family dentist.

Wonderful, as usual. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, and know me. I never feel rushed or pressured. Dr Ruchlin explains options and lets me decide with his expert guidance. Very happy with the care.
