It was my first visit with Dr. Porter, he asked questions and didn’t rush through my answers. He really wanted to do what was best for my health. He gave me options and he was very thorough. I didn’t feel like just a number with him! So refreshing!

Dr. Porter listens to you and what you need He gives good advice and directs you patiently in what direction to take. Seems concerned and caring.

Dr Porter is down to earth. Answers all questions truthfully. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

All aspects of experience were easy and efficient. Staff pleasant and well trained in their areas of expertise. Dr. Porter always attentive and informative. Dr. Porter is caring and efficient. I've been seeing him for 12 years and my care has been excellent. He takes a personal interest in his patients and I wouldn't see anyone else. He's your friend as much as your doctor and he takes your health seriously.

Dr. Porter is a very good doctor. His staff however, is not. The lady at check-in and the clinical manager are rude and unhelpful.

6 month health check. Dr Porter and I discussed the last 6 months of health activity. He did a check of my heart and lungs. Updated my prescription and we discussed my next visit. He and his staff have always been most helpful. Great people, my thanks to them

Called for help. Shoulder pain so severe. He called right back and while telling him prob. he assumed I was calling for pills! I wasn't. Told him I have pain medication. I wanted MRI to see what was wrong. Told me he could do nothing?? Didn't even tell me to sked appt. Extremely disappointed. Now looking for another doctor. One who wants to help their patients. I have been Dr. Porter's patient for almost 10 years, and during this entire span of years, his carefully listening ears and genuine concern has benefitted me greatly. Some years ago, a diagnosis for bone health was shared with me. I expressed a concern over a medication, and Dr. Porter listened. Together we decided to wait year, and then re-evaluate. I was blessed with working in a plant nursery, and at the end of that year, my bone health had improved. Some years later, my situation had changed, and a need for bone health re-emerged. Dr. Porter explained my options. The best option was a newer medication not on my insurance formulary. But, he was able to connect me with a program that helped with my medication costs. He and his staff went to extra lengths to connect me to this resource. While it turned out that even with this extra resource, the copayment my insurance company would allow, was beyond my means. But, I did have a few months of the medication, I see as a blessing. He listens, hears and acts in his patient's best interests. I could not recommend a better, efficient or concerned doctor. Dr. PORTER is my primary care physician and he is wonderful. I have been seeing him for about a year and a half. I have a lot going on and he is experienced so he can handle all of my complex medical issues. He and all his staff are kind and compassionate and advocate for the patient. I would recommend Dr. Porter to anyone!

Horrible Office Staff!!! They NEVER answer the phone. Tried for 3 days straight from 8 am to 4 pm every hour on the hour and never got an answer. Went in for an appointment and they said I needed to call them to give new insurance information. If you would ever answer the phone you would have it by now!!!

He's rude and doesn't consider in the health of his patient who feel uncomfortable coming in for a refill. So they just cancel you as a client.

Dr. Porter is a good doctor, however, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone at his office. One time, I called 3 times, 3 days in a row and still didn't get a call-back. Now my mother, who is also his patient, needs care and of course I get the answering machine once again! Very frustrating. This office does not allow me to make an appointment via internet, so I am at a loss as to what to do. I guess my only option is to change doctors. Dr. Porter is a 5 star doctor. He takes my health as serious as I do. He spends the time that it takes to solve the health issue at hand. His bed side manner is seriously the best I have ever had. He is an excellent doctor. Empathetic, never forgets anything in your history. Responds immediately to questions or requests sent through the patient portal. Can't say enough good thing about him. He pays attention to you as a patient,not something many doctors do any more. As long as he's in practice I'll be his loyal patient and continue to recommend him.

The staff is amazing! His Physician assistant Selena is awesome. Love her compassion and attention to detail.

For my age I have seen way to many Dr.s . Dr. Porter and staff have gone above the call of duties to find out what's wrong with me at age fifty three. Thank God for these gifted professional people working for me. I can't thank them enough.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Porter for many years (10) now. We are both impressed with the amount of dedication he and his staff extend toward us. We find that he is extremely knowledgeable and will go to great lengths to accomplish what is necessary for our health needs. He openly discusses any healthcare issues relating to us personally. His bedside manner and compassion knows no bounds. His office and staff are friendly, helpful and competent, no pain shots are inclusive.

I absolutely love Dr. Porter I seen him for the first time two weeks ago. He's very caring and listens to you. He is very smart. 5stars from me. I'm very glad he's my doctor now.
