I'd give a "No star" review, if it was an option. Called them on Tuesday, Feb 1st and got a recording all day, saying they'd call me back to schedule. On the 2nd, I called them and they actually answered the phone finally. They told me I needed to call the ER Doctor that referred me in Williston and have them send over a "written" referral. Did that, only to have them tell me late in the next day, that after "reviewing" the referral, it was determined I needed to go back and see my primary care physician first. What? I got the referral from an ER doc--after my Primary's original diagnosis of the infection two weeks prior--who told me I had scarring in my ear, and that I needed to see a "specialist"--the treatment I received from my Primary being ineffective and my ear infection still getting worse. What a complete run-around and general cluster! Very unprofessional, slow in response and absolutely devoid of compassion and common sense!

Dr. Bennion was great with my two boys who are both getting their tonsils out this month. He was very good at answering all of our questions and putting the boys at ease. We would recommend him to others.
