Well, I had a bad experience-and so many others seem to have had good ones. I've had many extractions over the years with no pain. This time I had pain and lots of it. They said the tooth was infected and that's why I had excruciating pain-but isn't that why most dentists prescribe amoxicillin the day before so it lessens the infection to allow the Novocain to work? They recommended nitrous oxide gas ($150) to help but it did nothing. Most dentists have given me 6-8 shots of Novocain and gently rock the tooth to see if it's numb. Here, I got maybe 3 shots and no offer of more, in fact instead of rocking the tooth he literally ripped it out of my mouth very violently and let me tell you I reacted to the pain by leaping up from the chair 3 times. It was torturous pain. It was the same with the second tooth I had to have out! Ripped out in 3 seconds with horrible pain-was that one also infected? It's like he was in a huge rush to get it done yet I waited in the treatment chair 40 minutes before he came in. I told the nurse I would never come back. She said "oh, I'm sorry you had pain", but there's no excuse for it. He came in later and said "if you want no pain then you have to go to sleep for the procedure". I wasn't given the 2 week follow-up appointment either. I felt they didn't want me to come back. The office people wouldn't even look me in the eye when we left. I'm 62 years old and I cried for half an hour because of this. Just 3 weeks ago, I had a tooth out at my regular dentist-Dr. Singh at Chicopee Street Dental. He used 6-8 shots of Novacain and I had no problem whatsoever. Use your own judgment, but I wouldn't recommend this dentist.

I went to Dr. Brett as a referral for my wisdom teeth removal. Every single person at the office was amazing! They did what they needed to do fast easy and painless and of course were very professional. Once I got home I looked inside my mouth and it looked so clean, no blood, barely any swelling and the sutures were done so beautifully! It's been over a week now and I can say I am so impressed with how fast I healed and how much of a painless after care I had for my teeth. Dr. Brett thank you so much, it's such a relief to have my wisdom teeth removed! Thank you to all the nurses/assistant that helped with my procedure, and thank you to the receptionists as well it was a pleasure dealing with you guys! Thank you!

Painless oral surgery. Excellent doctor and office staff. Very clean.

Amazing staff, very well organized practice. Doc is friendly and compassionate, but not chatty. More importantly he has excellent skill and technique. Emergency extraction went off without a hitch, no pain, just mild soreness. Excellent post procedure instructions.

I've had some difficult decisions to make as far as extractions and surgery and I've come to "trust" Dr. Denhart's guidance and experience. He and his staff are compassionate, dedicated to the patients comfort and well being. I've got more to go and I wouldn't consider anyone or anywhere else!

I had all 4 of my Wisdom teeth removed the same day, and can I say they did a magnificent job. The staff there are wonderful and my healing process was quick and successful.

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I usually leave dentist offices overwhelmed because my anxiety goes through the roof! But not here. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and they took great care of me. They were communicative, comforting and prescribed me the best meds. I’m on my 2nd day of healing and I have no swelling. My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed with a very good outcome. They were very gentle and professional. Thanks again

They literally only care about money. With my life in danger with a massive infection they turned me away because I'm on Social security. This place has nooooo compassion. Thanks for all your help McNally Brothers

Dr. Brett C Denhart - Chicopee location I was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth removed and billed for 4, but only 3 were extracted. How did I find this out? MONTHS later from my Dentist when he asked me why I only had 3 taken out? I said that is a good question because he told me 4 would be taken out. After the procedure he never even came in to check on me or follow up, or even explain why he only removed 3 until my Dentist Dr. Zach Grillo contacted him. He said ,"the tooth was too close to the nerve ,so I left it" BUT, you billed my insurance for 4 teeth! Unfortunately I had to go back for him to take the last tooth out, but I will never go back! Awful , implants were put in wrong ! Crap Ike’s ! Infected several times !! Paid over $10k only to have to have them taken out ! BEWARE ! STAY AWAY !

Went in to have a root removed and they are the best on info and procedure painless would highly recommend them for any oral surgery you need Thank you

Just had an impacted tooth taken out. Easy process and does great work. Staff is extremely friendly along with Dr. Denhart. Someone you can trust, intelligent person.

Excellent service, was able to get me in next day for consult, and perform procedure within a few days. Everything went wonderful, best experience ever w/ a dentist/oral surgeon.
