There is nothing not to like about DR. Rankin. First, he addressed all of my questions. While addressing these questions, he even vacuumed the ear wax from my ear, something I was unable to accomplish at Went worth Douglas Urgent care in Lee 2 years ago.

Dr. Rankin and his office staff are kind, courteous and knowledgeable while providing exceptional care.

I was referred to Dr Rankin after a PET scan showed some reaction in my throat. I thought the worst expecting cancer. The Dr explained everything he was going to do to examine my throat. The examination was quick and painless. He assured me that I had no cancer and thoroughly explained what I needed to do to reduce the inflammation in my throat. I highly recommend Dr Rankin. Dr. Rankin is an caring and expert ENT specialist. Highly recommend!

Dr.Rankin is very accommodating and helpful, beyond what one would expect.

Dr Rankin is never rushed, hears what I say and is very thorough.

There is truly no one better. I have been a patient for many years with Family ENT, and have watched them grow as a practice. They have always made sure the patient was first, and are the most caring and concerned ENT health professionals around. The entire staff at Family ENT are friendly and always willing to assist, from the reception desk, to billing and scheduling and all the medical staff. I began with Dr Rankin and Lisa Tessier (AuD) over a decade ago when I came in with what turned out to be Meniere’s. They worked to try and preserve some hearing, and we’re able to refer me to DHMC where I received treatment for the Menieres. Since then I have had nasal issues, BPPV, SSHL and various other ENT issues, and they took care of me each and every time with outstanding level of care and professionalism. Dr. Rankin and Lisa, the audiologist were kind and attentive to my questions, needs and concerns.

Dr. Rankin is a great doctor! He is so intelligent and personable that it is always a joy to see him.

Everyone that works at Family Ear Nose and Throat does an excellent job communicating, helping to ensure treatments are cost effective, setting surgery expectations and all of the preliminary paperwork work that goes into it. I have been a patient for many years and have been extremely happy with the care I receive both at the office and at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Stratham when I do require surgery for my recurring sinus issues. Dr. Rankin and the entire team at this office genuinely have their patients best interest at heart and I am very pleased with the medical care I receive. I'm very thankful to have had my daughter's first appointment with such a caring and knowledgeable team. My daughter had been having difficulty with dizziness, headaches and nauseous for almost 5 weeks. He was the first doctor who listened to us and knew exactly what and why she was sick. She's feeling so much better and we appreciate it very much. I would recommend him and his team to anyone that may need his services. Dr. Rankin is amazing. He has seen both of our young kids and he is a total pro. Extremely easy to talk to and great with the children. You’d think he specialized in pediatrics. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant ENT Specialist. He explained everything in layman's terms, and offered to answer any questions I might have. Outstanding "bed-side" manners!

Dr. Rankin took the time to explain everything and answered all the questions I had. Very thorough and caring doctor.

All the staff were very personable, friendly, and quick. Dr. Rankin, as is his reputation, was very caring, comforting, and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great "bedside manner" and able to explain things very well.

If I could leave a ZERO star rating I would do so. After waiting for six weeks for an appointment and driving 90 minutes to the office I never got to see the doctor. The office admin had never put me on the schedule after I confirmed it with her on the phone. I even asked her if I needed a referral from my PCP and she said I did not need one which shoupd have been a red flag. Very incompetent staff and today was a total waste of time. I am leaving the country for a few weeks and will not be able to get an appointment with anyone else on such short notice. Very unfortunate and unacceptable situation. I would advise anyone considering this doctor to read the bad reviews and find another doctor!

I was seen promptly, my diagnosis was explained clearly and succinctly, and I was encouraged to ask questions during the visit and seek follow up if my symptoms persisted. All in all, a model care giver experience.

Love this guy! I am a physician myself, and I strive to be as good as him when it comes to doctoring. He is outstanding. If you need ENT, do not hesitate.

Dr Rankin was fantastic! He took out my teenagers tonsils and was so caring, professional and completely honest with all the details of the surgery and more importantly what to expect afterward. It was a tough surgery, we had to call Dr Rankin over the weekend and he was amazing. First of all he returned out call within minutes (incredible!) and then followed up exactly when he said he would. He is truly an amazing doctor and surgeon. Dr. Brett Rankin consulted and performed a sinus polyp removal surgery in less than 90 days for me. Pain-free, complication-free, and breathing fantastic! Very friendly and professional doctor. Highly recommended for anyone in need of chronic sinusitis treatment

Great patient manner supported by superior medical knowledge and skill. Dr. Rankin is kind, compassionate, and really really knows his stuff. He's a great example of what medicine should be.

This office is a well-oiled machine. Trish (I think that’s her name) was very efficient in scheduling and following up. Met with Dr. Rankin a couple months ago. He is so nice, down to earth and helpful. I’ve called the office a couple of times and get calls back quickly and they always consult with dr rankin.

He has done multiple surgeries on my daughter. He has done great every time. He has always treated us well and truly cares. I also myself have had a surgery with him. I highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable, patient, kind, realistic, and caring. Unfortunately I don’t have a treatment to follow so I could go back.

this provider is not a skilled dr. but a actor and faced with a human life that is in danger he will drop ball if not an easy fix and he can have simple visit and biopsy he can do harm by misdiagnosis. and his bedside manor ..fake.. if you are ill look for a good Dr. to move on in life.
