My very 1st visit was with Dr. Baxter himself. Very pleasant, very friendly. I felt at ease discussing all my history with him & confident in all his abilities. I’m hoping all stays as well & smooth as my 1st visit & that I’ve found my Dr. for my extended future & family. Thankyou. J Pep

I got there 8 minutes late. Before the 10 min late allowance had even passed they had already took me off the schedule. I was late due to traffic. They were not understanding. I was there 8 minutes late. She was helping someone else when I arrived. So waiting on her is what made me the full ten minutes late. I had to leave work for this appointment and for them to do that wasted my time. I can’t just take time off from work for it to be wasted. I got there 8 minutes late. My daughter went off to college and because she hasn’t been seen in a few years they considered her a new patient although she’s gone there her whole life. She’s was late to her first appointment made in a few years and they dismissed her as a patient. They said she was rude if anyone knows my daughter she is so sweet. I’m sure she was frustrated she drive from Cleveland for appointment that she was 8 minutes late to and was not seen. I will not let people treat my daughter like this. Doctor and nurse practitioners are great. Office manager needs fired! This is the second time I have went for an appointment sat for an hour just to watch 3 people who came in after me get taken first. I went in with terrible back pain barely able to walk and they this is how I was treated. The doctor is great but the staff is terrible. The so called manager was extremely rude to me also when I asked why. Do yourself a favor doc and fire your staff they are bringing you down. I have never had a problem with Dr. Baxter or his staff. And his Nurse Practitioners are all 10's as far as I am concerned. Top quality care every time I have had to go to the office .

Thorough, attentive, patient, caring!

Carrie is s fantastic! She really listens and treats the whole patient.

Carrie is absolutely the best. My young daughter has some health issues and Carrie goes over and above to do all she can for her ~ for both of us actually.

Called in on 10/23 at 8am To have a prescription refilled. Nurse said they would call it in. It was a steroid pack, cant walk due to gout flare up. On 10/24 at 3pm it's still not called in, still can't walk. Called in and nurse said that doc needed me to come in for a follow up, follow up for what? Havent done anything yet. Communication with this office is horrible, this is not the first time this has happened, this is like the 4th time. I guess I can read minds? A phone call would be Nice!!

one of the very few doctors that actually took the time to have a conversation with me and actually listened to me regarding my concerns. He takes the time to address my concerns and takes the necessary time to do so.

Does not follow up on hospital patients. Office personnel are lacking in people skills and following up.i was admitted to the hospital with a cardiac problem following Dr Baxter office instructions and left for 3 days with no visits by Dr.Baxter or any other doctor. I discharged myself . 3 days later I received a call from Dr. Baxter office manager advising me I had been dropped from his practice for failing to follow his instrutions.
