Dr. Brian Burke Blatter

Blatter is a SADIST!! He has been abusing patients for years. How he still has a license is beyond me. Stay away from this quack!!

Very unprofessional. I came in today to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I came in paid for the appointment, sat down and without realizing I drank a little bit of fluid. Nonetheless I now have to reschedule, Barrett takes me in another room to discuss my treatment plan, after saying I would die because I drank fluid. Beforehand I had expressed my anxiety and fear of being put to sleep, I explained to him it was because a family member passing away during surgery, he was not making me any more comfortable at all actually is was very much the opposite. He then says we need a $500 deposit, I ask why, he explains, and then he asks me if i know what a refund is trying to belittle me because I have reasonable questions. His NURSE looks at him funny like she can’t believe what he’s saying either. Mind you I am a 25 year old black professional business owner but today I dressed comfy because I knew I was going to be put under. I would never in a million years treat a client like that. He needs to improve on customer service, appropriate tone when speaking to clients, his mannerisms, and communication within the office. How do only 4 people work there and you don’t know I paid prior to rescheduling? I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone, when going in for a surgery you should be comfortable and your Dr should reassure you that everything will be okay. I previously had a post surgery appointment and I had a family emergency and wasn’t able to make it to the appoint so I cancel the appointment. Today I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude because I cancel my previous appointment. She said that she cannot schedule any appointment in 2 weeks and that’s when I have my day off. The receptionist told me that I have to call them the same day to see if they might be able to scheduled me an appointment and I ask her why can’t you book me an appointment any Wednesday since that’s when I have my days off and she responded because you cancel your appointment I’m not giving to you another one. I’m not fluent in English so I asked for a Spanish representative and she said they’re on their day off so then I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. This is not the way she should treat any patient, I feel like she wanted to punish me just for canceling my previous appointment and this is unfair. Lastly she told me she can schedule me whenever “SHE WANTS TO” since she’s the manager. pretty good, I guess

I just had a wisdom tooth removed and cannot have enough nice things to say about Dr. Blatter and his staff. The consultation process was quick and easy, with honest opinions provided by Dr. Blatter. Some doctors and dentists try to push unneeded surgeries for extra money, but Dr. Blatter gave me honest feedback and said I could hold off on one tooth as it was not needed at this time. On the day of my wisdom tooth removal, I was running late due to a schedule mishap on my part. Lynette of the front staff was nice enough to squeeze me in way past my initial time. The procedure was quick, and I am one wisdom tooth gone. I highly recommend Dr. Blatter for anyone looking for a truly honest opinion and great staff. Good people working here and dr blatter is a pro. Pulled 5 teeth and minimal pain post operation. Hopefully i never see him again though.

Dr. Blatter was referred to me by a friend, and I was very happy with the results of my implant. My husband now needs an implant, and he will also be going to see Dr. Blatter. I would highly recommend!

A fantastic oral surgeon.

Excellent practioner and so so kind when we are in need of kindness

My son had to have several teeth pulled under anesthesia on 2 separate occasions. We knew it would be smooth sailing because my husband had the same thing done a few years back. Thanks so much to Dr. Blatter. Would and do frequently reccomend him to friends and family.

Our daughter had her wisdom teeth removed in Dec 2007. Our daughter doesn't handle pain well. This experience was very smooth for her. There were no surprises and this was one of the easiest surgeries she's had. We are now scheduling surgery for our son next month.
