Dr. Broadhead does not do adequate investigation to accurately diagnose foot problems. I would not recommend him to anyone, ever.

Dr. Broadhead is a kind, caring, and gentle man. I am quite pleased with the surgery on both of my feet and my care post surgery. I found the staff at the Florissant office to be kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Broadhead! ????????????

The office attendant who answers the phone seems really stressed out and is short with people. She actually sighed when I asked a question on the phone. While I waited to see the doctor I heard her I also on the phone sighing to a customer. The attendants seemed rushed and the one who I was working with got yelled at in front of me by another attendant. Everyone seemed stressed which doesn't make it a good experience for the patient.
