Friendly atmosphere! Willing to work around my schedule for appointments. Doctor Brian explains the procedures so I understand what’s happening.

My first experience with Dr. Fleshner's office was nothing short of excellent. From the front office staff to the procedure itself with Kaele and Dr. Fleshner, they provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and patient. They were quick to get me in and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Very professional and always ready to answer all of my questions. I have had to reschedule a great number of appointments and they are always very accommodating.. Wait times are always at a minimum and I feel like I have gotten A-1 service whether I am there for fillings, repairs or cleanings. Definitely recommend their services. Dr and his staff are amazing! They make you feel like family! It's nice to be able to relate to staff and they are always friendly! This makes for great dental experience! My family loves seeing everyone! Keep you the great work!!

It was my first visit but I was treated like an old friend. Everyone was very nice and explained things well. The Doctor took the time to explain different options, pricing, and long term effects of each procedure available to us. I was also numbed down so much I don't know if I'll feel it later lol

Dr Fleshner was wonderful and made sure my crown fit perfect! By far the best crown I have ever had. Well worth the time to drive to Audubon!

Dr. Fleshner is great. The first time I had a cleaning done under his ownership, I wondered what the heck they were doing and I later realized that's what an actual cleaning is supposed to be like, unlike every previous cleaning I'd ever gotten from that office prior. To think, none of us even realized we were getting such poor care before. They took the time to fix my issue and relieve my pain last minute today, past closing and they didn't have to. Dr. Brian Fleshner is best dentist period. So far I have had eight sessions going to the Audubon Dental Center and they have done a top notch job of fixing my teeth. He is very understanding and compassionate, and does an excellent job explaining dental procedures. I have had multiple fillings, cleanings and crowns done and not one time have I been in any pain or discomfort. It always been an amazing experience to visit Dr. Fleshner and his team at Audubon Dental Center I now look forward to going back to his dental office. Have explained to this dentist office twice now to check my benefits with a pre-auth before doing services as I am not employed. I stressed this EVERY visit out loud! Twice now they have tried to charge me without checking to see if authorized! Not too happy and have filed a complaint with Delta Dental! Office lady tried to say I swore at her and I didn't, she just wanted the other office workers to think that when she said it out loud! All I said in the converstion after I explained something was, "What the h_ll!" And this was not directed at her and I was not being mean or rude to her! Dr Fleshner and his staff are amazing!! I had a large cosmetic procedure and he made sure that in every aspect I was happy, comfortable and informed. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Needless to say I will not go to another dentist anytime soon!

Didn't clean my daughter's teeth when I brought her in for a check up. Only counted them, checked for cavities, and referred her to a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Fleshner is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain all options thoroughly before proceeding with any additional work. Dr. Fleshner makes going to the Dentist an easy decision and I have seen personal improvement in my teeth since I started seeing him.
