I travel from St. Louis to Denver four times per year because I trust him; because his practice is affordable and because the results are exceptional. Dr. Gurinsky and his staff are wonderful. I’ve been going to them for years. I have never had any issues with scheduling or insurance. Dr. Gurinsky is also always mindful of my sensitive teeth and truly cares about my mouth’s well being. Having to get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year is not the ideal situation but I know they are in good hands with Dr. Gurinsky!

Dr. Gurinksy was great! He is kind, professional, explained everything in detail, a master at his craft. I wish he was my everyday dentist. He also has an excellent staff. I was well taken care of.

I would be very wary of Dr. Gurinsky. I went to his office for a "free" consultation. After the consultation had been performed, I was told by Dr Gurinsky that the needed procedures could be done immediately but I would have to settle the entire bill before leaving. I waited in the dental chair for 45 minutes while they spoke with MetLife regarding charges. I was then given a net cost of $250 which I paid. A month later I received a bill from his office for an additional $243. I called them thinking there had been an error but was told that there must have been some other other claims that had not cleared on my insurance that affected the net cost for the procedures. I checked with MetLife and they confirmed with me that nothing with my insurance had affected the charges. MetLife suggested that Dr. Gurinsky must have sent in a larger claim than what was described to them originally. Dr. Gurinsky soon stopped replying to my emails and simply sent the matter to a collection agency.

Amazing. Dr. Gurinsky is very calm, genuinely cares and alleviates any fears. He genuinely wants to help and doesnt want you to get any work you dont actually need. I was super anxious and he calmed me down and made sure i left with as much information as possible. I cant recommend him enough. 10/10.

A couple years back was referred to Dr Gurinsky for an implant, and though it a bit longer then usual, I am glad with the results. I’m getting a second implant and it is nice to have an installment plan for payments. I would recommend him highly. Glenn

Everything about Dr. Gurinsky's is great. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I was originally referred to Dr Gurinmsky by my regular dentist. Although I had been through some very trying dentists before, I was made very comfortable immediately by Dr Gurinsky and his staff. I went through an extensive procedure that was divided in half to make it easier on me. I had never gone through such an intense surgical periodontic procedures but everyone involved were all very reassuring, compassionate and patient. I don't have the apprehensive feelings with visits to Dr Gurinsky's office like I have always had before with any dentist related visit. Dr. Gurinsky is the best periodontist ever, I recommend him to everyone I know. I've been a patient of Dr. Gurinsky for many years. He is highly qualified, gentle, kind, compassionate, sincerely cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes for them. He is very patient and listens to your concerns. Meticulous with dental surgery, x-rays and follow up care. Highly respected by his peers. Teaches others in his field. I have seen Dr. Gurinsky for an extraction, bone grafts, implant, multiple gum grafts and an infection below the gum line. All dental work has been impeccable. I'm sorry to say that I could not be less happy with my experience with Dr. Gurinsky. I was referred by my dentist to a different periodontist but the quote I received from them for my gum graft procedure was too high for my preference (insurance didn't cover much) so I asked for an alternate recommendation and she suggested Dr. Gurinsky. She also said that I should let her know how it went (ostensibly because she didn't have much/any experience with him). So I used Dr. Gurinsky for what was supposed to be a single procedure to graft my front gum. After about a week, I noticed that the graft area seemed to turn white and fall off as the stitches broke down. From here, it becomes a long and boring series of concerned calls to Dr. Gurinsky, reassurances from him that it's fine, and then his decision to perform another, unplanned procedure. I have to say that throughout this period, my impression was that Dr. Gurinsky knew there was an issue with the success of the first procedure but was reluctant to admit it. He would probably disagree with that statement, but ultimately I just didn't feel like I was getting honest guidance and feedback. When I visited my dentist and communicated my concerns that the procedure had not produced any improvement to my gum line that I could see, she examined me and concurred with my opinion. She said that I should redo the entire process with her original recommended periodontist and once we could see the amazing improvement, she would send a photo to Dr. Gurinsky on my behalf, explain that this is what an acceptable outcome looks like, and suggesting that he refund the fees I had paid to him. Over the next 7 months, I did exactly that. The difference is that the new periodontist recommended 2 separate procedures to ensure maximum results (which are quite good), so that means between both providers, I had to endure 4 total surgeries and recovery periods, which were some of the most challenging physical ordeals I've ever experienced. Upon completion of the final procedure, I reconnected on this issue with my dentist and, unfortunately, she suggested that I contact Dr. Gurinsky myself and ask for a refund (my disappointment in her over this change to her strategy is a separate issue). So I contacted Dr. Gurinsky's office twice over 2 months, explaining my position, and requesting a refund of my out-of-pocket to help cover the even larger costs of my procedures with the new provider. To this day, I still have not even gotten the common courtesy of a reply. I don't know if Dr. Gurinsky is good at anything, but I can tell you that I seriously question his capabilities when it comes to gum grafting and you could not pay me to use him for any other service, either. I have zero trust in his skills and his integrity. Make your own decisions, but these are my opinions after having the displeasure of serving as his patient. Brian Gurnisky is the best dentist in Denver. Thanks to his care my teeth are in great shape. The office staff is friendly but most of all his expertise is awesome and I always recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Gurinsky (or Brian, as he encourages all his patients to call him) did a great job with my 9-year-old daughter. He explained everything clearly and helped her feel comfortable. The office staff were all friendly and helpful.

Years of neglect and fear of the dentist put me in a pretty bad spot with my gum health, and Brian took me on as a patient and recommended me as a great candidate for Lanap laser surgery, in lieu of the traditional Osseous surgery recommended by another periodontist. While still pretty terrified of the Lanap procedure, Brian did a great job of educating me, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I followed through with the procedure, and had my first follow up this morning that had pretty stunning results when gum depth measurements were taken. All of my problems with bleeding, teeth loosening, etc have totally subsided. It almost feels like a miracle of sorts! I had my dreaded gum surgery yesterday. Turns out Dr. G is awesome and it wasn’t bad at all. He has a a superior technique for numbing my mouth and the whole surgery only lasted 20-30 minutes. Plus, he’s a really good guy! I plan on going back to him for another tooth. I don’t know of a better periodontist in Colorado.

Every step along the way, the office was professional and comfortable. Dr. Gurinsky is knowledgeable and compassionate, especially since I have reservations and fear of dentistry from childhood. I feel confident on my treatment plans and future with him.

I would want a prospective new patient to know that this office operates with the upmost professionalism, they are kind and caring with each patient, and (to me) they are most relatable. How many times have you seen a healthcare professional that you *know they really don’t care about you? It’s a rip off place. They wouldn’t take my insurance and I was charged $123.00 for basically telling me nothing 10 minutes conversation. I’m truly sorry I went there and I’m sick and tired of incompetent and greedy people! P.S. There was no consultation regarding my implant, because B.
